Hey everyone, so my monstera had a stem break (very very sad.) during shipping. it’s been about 2 weeks, i put cinnamon on the open stem and let it callous.. but was should i do with the stem ? should i leave it as is, or cut it off 😭

Plant Lady 02Personally, I would leave it and let the plant grow more. Currently that is the main stem of that part of the plant. Once it grows a few more leaves, the base will have enough strength for you to cut that down. This is personal preference/thoughts ☺️ hope it helps
