The hardest part about moving my plants inside for winter is clearing out the tenants. I found two tree frogs and three lizards in the cache pots.😄

      I usually get one lizard inside the house when I bring in the plants. It just waits on the windowsill until I can open the back door to let it out.

      It is surprising that the older tree frogs are not easily spooked when they know you’re not hunting them. The young ones keep a distance. The lizards are the same towards me. But, run to hide when my black and white papillon runs outside. He has chased many generations of lizards and they know him. He’s too old and can’t catch them, thank goodness. 😅🐶

      One jumped which made me jump. The problem is we both jumped in the same direction and he ricocheted off my shoulder. I was done! I had to take a break to calm my heart. I’m fine with them at a respectable distance. I can’t take it if they touch me! We both agree on this. 🤣—-< 🐸
