Can anyone tell me what these are? Gnats? My plants look healthy and I’ve not had anything like this before.

    Yes they are fungus gnats

    Fungus gnats, annoying as hell but won’t harm the plant. Watering plants with mosquito but water will drastically decrease the volume of gnats. (You can google the ratios) I also use the zeevo plug in traps with the off brand refills and I no longer have issues with them. I was changing my traps a couple times a month now they last a couple months with this combo.

    I use Mosquito Bits with great success. I sprinkle about a tablespoon over the surface of an 8” pot and work into the top inch or so of soil as gently as needed for the plant. FG will die out for me in a matter of days.
