Are the leaves of my Snake Plants really thin? They seem to be doing okay. The middle one is a propagation from the one on the left. But maybe there is something I can do to support them better so they grow healthier, wider leaves?

great advice, as always, PlantyAnn! yeah snake plants like to be quite snug so putting them all together would be a perfect idea and because of all of the varying heights, it would look so nice!
6 J'aimePutting them all together will eliminate the excess soil that is supporting the larvae of fungus gnats. The larvae thrive in continuously wet soil. Snake plants like their soil to dry between watering. I recommend treating with BTi. It’s a beneficial bacteria that kills the larvae of common pests that live in wet soil. Mix BTi in every time you water to clear out the gnats. Mosquito Bits is a brand name. There are others. 🍀🪴
4 J'aimeIs your plant near a window or grow light? I’ve heard the leaves can get skinny due to lack of light. They tolerate low light very well but ideally they would get bright light to really thrive. May be worth a try to move them near a window.
2 J'aimeThey are next to a south facing window. However, for privacy we have translucent film on the windows and the blinds closed almost all the time. I’ve got a lamp in that corner of the room and I’ll shine it on the plants. It’s technically not a “grow light” bulb but I suppose it’s better than nothing.
