Does anyone know why this begonia is crisping up so much? Water it every few days to keep soil relatively damp and gets what I would consider bright indirect light. It’s in a 3-4 inch pot.

What kind of water are you using? And they do like humidity ☺️
2 Me gustaThank you! I had thought it might be humidity but honestly have been stubborn 😂 Grow cabinet isn’t tall enough to fit it and oddly enough I’ve seen other people (like MariahGrows on Instagram) that have done well not in high humidity. Also I use filtered water adding in silica
2 Me gustaHaha yeah I’m getting to the same point with mine that’s in a cabinet 😅 I did have good luck just using a pebble tray (with lava rocks) when I was babying mine back to health. But I know people have strong feelings about the pebble tray thing 😂
2 Me gustaHumidity and filtered water for sure lol
2 Me gustaI’m not sure, but is that a peacock plant right behind it? It looks gorgeous.
1 me gustaThey can be temperamental plants, and yours looks so healthy!
1 me gustaThank you 😊 Yeah! I think i’ve noticed that this one like a lot of other plants once it starts to grow well, it is strong/stable enough to not be as temperamental
1 me gustaNeeds higher humidity consider a humidifier or pebble tray
2 Me gustaI’d also check the roots if you haven’t repotted it in a while
