Do these two philodendrons look ok?! How can I get them to grow more upward with the awkward shape?

    they will naturally grow upward as they age. they're just short right now lol. those leaves look like they're struggling to get out of the sheaths, though, they need higher humidity. you can mist and gently pull from the sheaths to free them

      Agreed. My PPP is slowly growing upward as it ages.

      I had to pull mine out of the sheaths. It was taking months, so I help them alone. Best thing I ever did for them. The new leaves are so beautiful. Good to know they are going to eventually grow upward.

    Very pretty Red you have!! I have a prince of orange and it grows out as well. I just love these, and yours are beautiful!

    So this kind of philodendron is called self- heading so it will not grow tall like a pink princess, it will be more fat and bushy looking

    Definitely more humidity… new leaves look like they need help coming out! Q-tip and water… I always just go slow!
