Is this set up okay for my plants? Just got acouple grow lights. Croton & pothos Spider Venus fly trap Kangaroo paw fern on the floor Monstera by window. ALSO, they dim, change warmth of light is there a specific setting I should have them on? UPDATE: I actually swapped my spider and pothos, he’s not doing so hot and diagnosis said it probably isn’t getting enough light
The light it too far away for any of the plants you have

I agree with Emmyyy, not nearly enough light. A vertical floor grow light would work in that space. And your monstera should be in front of the window, unless that window gets direct sun. It will grow like crazy when it gets the brighter light. Plus it will develop fenestrations in the leaves.
1 LikeMy windows get sun but not always direct, I also planned on getting a light for that, for now I just move my monstera to the brightest window. I moved the grow light much closer! Still beginner so thank you!
