i’m having the same issue and i think it’s because i don’t get enough light or heat! ive read that growth and big leaves are correlated with a warm and bright area but i live in the PNW where it’s been a really cloudy past couple of months have you tried a grow light and fertilizers?

Needs to be old enough and getting enough light.

Your monstera definitely needs more light. It’s a bit leggy in the pictures. I’d recommend getting a grow light to help.

They need lots of light and need to mature before the leaves fenestrate. sometimes it can take over a year.

It’s really all about lighting and growing conditions, like you suggested. You can definitely get fenestration in less than a year. I got them on my albo and Thai con in about 6 months. Thai just pushed out its first one šŸ™ŒšŸ¾

It’s also in a pot that looks too big. They like to be slightly root bound. I would repot in a much chunkier soil. Soil/orchid bark/perlite/coco coir. Their roots like aeration(little air pockets) so by adding the coco coir and orchid bark, it will provide a better mix for her to thrive

This is all so helpful! Thank you! I recently repotted (it was in an even larger pot when i bought it). It’s by a south facing window and gets a ton of sun… I’ll get a grow light nonetheless
