Hello plant parents I wanted to repot this snake plant in this blue planter so did some handy work with coffee cups as you can see in 1st pic. I feel like these clear container pots that I made are not enough space for plants this size. They are in these for about 2 weeks now and I still have doubts and am worried if I did something wrong. What do you think? Will they survive in these? Does pot size depends on the length of the leaves?

Snake plants have shallow root systems, pots dont need to be deep but the rhizomes like to spread horizontally so a tighter container in terms of depth with some extra width should work well. This looks good to me so long as the container can support the top weight. If it starts to tip or look like the roots are pulling up, it might need a little more depth or top soil to anchor

Chiming in to say the coffee pot idea is genius! Great reuse of plastic. Make sure the coffee cups have drainage holes!
