Any idea whats happening here? Most of the leaves that are affected look worse than this.

    How fast has it spread? In days? Or weeks, could be fungal or bacterial the fact it’s preaching throughout makes me think bacterial, you can try treat with a fungicide first (check online not sure which is great) and if not the treat with a bactericide (also check online for a good one) if not, pop some gloves on, take the leaves off with a sharp sterile tool, dump them in a waste bag, DONT TOUCH OTHER PLANTS OR LEAVES, bacterial infections spread pretty fast so, I’d also isolate it if possible

      Its my grandmas plant that I'm taking care of for a while. She had just gotten it. When we brought it home it already had yellow leaves and some of that, but I didn't take a good look at it till today. She had let it dry out a bit too much so I figured the yellow leaves were just ftom that until I took a better look at it. So I don't think its been spreading too fast but i'll have to keep an eye on it for a few days to be sure.

      Alright yeah keep an eye on it, it’s usually pretty easy for diseases to spread to plants in stores so it’s worth just being cautious
