Hey everyone! I had a question about corms So I thought about just soaking these in water for a few hours and then putting them in leca to let it germinate there- but I’m just wondering if there’s a higher rate of germinating them in leca or if I should leave it like this under the grow lights with a lid on for a couple of weeks to grow roots first? They fell off my alocasia silver dragon when I was repotting, so I wasn’t trying to take them off. Thanks for any tips!

I find sphagnum moss works the best for corms. It takes a little longer but I find when it’s time to pot in soil they seem to always work for me. I don’t have much experience with leca and corms but a little tip… try to peel away as much as the darker covering as possible :)
