Is it normal for my ficus benjamina to be losing this many leaves? Any input or advice would be greatly appreciated 🤍

Ficus are notorious for freaking out and dropping leaves. If you move them from outside the inside or even move them around in the house they can respond by dropping leaves. Wherever it's located make sure it's not in a draft either cold or hot they don't like this either. I have a mistletoe ficus and it's practically naked right now and it started when I brought it in last fall. There's still lots of signs of life so I'm going to give it time to recover. I'm considering not moving it outside so that it won't go through this shock when it comes back in.

Mine is pretty bare too. As soon as the furnace started kicking on it was like autumn 🍂

Ficus are total divas about any kind of change and mine have done the same every single time they’re moved. If that could be what happened with yours, there’s no need to worry. Just continue with its care like normal and you’ll see all-new leaves sprouting in a month or two. If you find a spot it seems to like, consider letting that be its permanent home so it won’t have a meltdown again!
