After freezing for a week on its way to me in January, my Hoya “sunrise” seemed okay. But ironically, now that it’s warm and safe, it has been slowly and sadly dying off, one or two leaves at a time. I cut off a few bits in the hope I could root them, but I wonder if it’s just done.

I've had this happen a bit with hoyas that were shipped. They usually get too moist in transit, and then some of the leaves rot/melt. I've gotten into the habit of withholding water when they come in, and if the media is super wet i repot in dry. It doesn't stop the process, but it definitely seems to help to keep them dryer for at least a week or 2 after arriving
