I have a few tropical plants that all like to be misted every couple days, I’m wondering if anyone uses humidifiers instead? Would that be easier to turn one on for a bit? If so what’s the best kind? Thanks for any advice!

Wow! Gorgeous plants! There are so many options out there. Amazon has tons of options. Here is two I use. A room one and a cabinet one. The small one is impressive. Last over 28 hours on one fill.
4 LikesThank you!! I like the small one that would be great for on the stand!
0 LikesI use a DREO. It lasts over 24 hours and you can control it through an app on your phone which comes in handy.

0 LikesI like it. It also has the humidity level displayed on the front and in the app.
1 LikeI have a couple and they run 24 hours a day. I aim for humidity level above 50%. Probably a good idea to get a humidistat so you know where the level is.
1 LikeI have 3 levels of humidity in my house: ambient, cabinet, and humidified cabinet. Ambient is typically 40-50%. My upper cabinet shelf packed with plants tends to hold around 55-65% and the bottom with the humidifier is usually 70-75%. It's a cool mist Breezome (or something like that) and it runs when it senses the humidity drop, cuts off when it reaches 75%. Normally I refill every 3-5 days. Highly recommend a cabinet if you've got humidity loving plants. Just makes life so much easier (Picture so you can see the distinction between zones. Please ignore all the upset plants, we're recovering from a spell where I couldn't care for them)
2 LikesI love the cabinet!! I’ll have to grab one!
1 LikeThanks! It's just a mesh front cabinet from Amazon but it's worked great for over a year now!
1 LikeI use a warm mist humidifier near my plants, but not too close cause the steam can burn them.
