What is your watering schedule like? It looks like it is overwatered and possibly has root rot, but it may also be under watered.

Lana Layne 🌺🪴🪻🌵🌸It’s definitely overwatered. I just got one not too long ago and they’re a type of succulent so they don’t need much water like at all! I made the same mistake and had to repot mine.
