My rubber plant has recently started to have significant leaf droop and I was wondering if this has happened to anyone else? The leaves are not falling just drooping.

I have had the plant about 8-10 months, I water based on the app so about every three weeks give or take. The plant is directly in front of a north facing window. It has not been repotted recently. Thank you!!
