I’m so very new to this and just got this garden sage last week. When do I harvest it for use?

    Any lower, clean leaves are ripe for the picking!

      So, the size isn’t important, just as long as I get from the bottom and not too much?

    Once it’s settled in its new location (maybe give it a week or two)—any time you want, it will just keep putting out new ones, just don’t harvest too many leaves at one time, maybe no more than a quarter of the plant at once.
