Lots of my monstera leaves are yellowing and getting black patches on them! Any advice on what to do?
i have this monstera plant and i’m wondering what to do with the leaves that have died a little, should i leave them or cut them off, if so is there a certain way to do it?
Hi everyone! I recently bought this beautiful pepperomia. When I got her, she had babies poking out of the soil holes in her pot and didn’t seem like she was retaining much moisture so I repotted and propagated her. I feel like she’s been pretty droopy. The first picture is from the day I bought her and the last picture is from yesterday. Yesterday I bottom watered her for a good amount of time and she drank a lot but she didn’t perk up. Will this be something that just eventually gets better? I’m wondering if I had been under watering her, and if eventually she’ll perk up, but I was under the impression that she would perk up at least a little bit after a good bottle water. Any help is appreciated!
I adore this plant. It’s away from a window for sure but it has quite a plant light. Do we think the markings on the leaves are it still needing more light? I just love my red queen so much anyone know how i can help her?
Does anyone recognize this little bug on cape sundew??
I bought this monstera last spring and it appears to be thriving. However, I just noticed the undersides of many leaves have developed dark semi-translucent patches almost the same color as the tops. Cant seem anything similar. Placed with other plants near a window and a growlight and watered approximately every 3weeks when dry. It has been a bit cold recently with low humidity and I just watered yesterday.
please help! pictures are 2 days ago vs today. im new to plants and dont know completely what i did wrong with my elephant ears. its drooping and has dark spots. planta said it was over watered so i took out of pot but the soil was pretty dry and no roots were rotted. i repotted it back into the same pot and watered it since the soul was dry. i don’t know how to save it if anyone has any suggestions i would really appreciate it
Hey there! Does anyone know what this little bubble looking thing on my cactus could be? It’s a snow prickly pear cactus, and the bump almost looks like a zit or white head. It’s soft to the touch. The cactus seems to be doing alright otherwise. It was having issues though so I had to help hold it upright. But it’s doing better now, even growing new babies!
Dracaena Lisa: I have had for about 4 years now and around 5’6” tall. I repot her about a year ago. Now I think her soil is too compact. About a month ago, I noticed these “water stained” looking spots mainly on the new growth from the very top. The spots grew bigger and developed more of a tan center with yellow halo around it. I was fearing a fungal or bacterial disease, so I cut off two leaves from the top. I have applied two applications of Cooper fungicide. I added a grow light (on lower setting) and will probably cut back on watering (was watering when top 2” dry but will probably go to 3 or 4”. It looks a little better. There are about 3-4 leaves with these spots on them. Any suggestions on what to do is greatly appreciated!!!
Im new here. I have hd this snake plant for years but I put her outside to reduce toddler attacks. she didn’t like it. The app says under watering but the soggy leaf seems like over or maybe cold? can she be saved? excuse the mess on the table

Our poor Meyer lemon tree. Please help me get this poor tree healthy. 🙏 we live in sunny Florida and this is my front yard full sun here
Hi! I just got my Basil plant about a week ago and I repotted it in FoxFarm Ocean Forest and a 6in glazed ceramic pot (WITH drainage). She doesn’t look happy… just noticed today that she’s looking wilty and the tips of her leaves are turning brown. I was scheduled to water her today, do I need to alter that and do it sooner? Oh! I got her from Albertsons too. Does anyone have a guidance on how on how to treat her?
I thought spider plants were supposed to be easy!! I only got this thing about 2 weeks ago but it's already starting to look awful. Why are these 2 leaves turning brown? Why are almost all the leaf tips brown? This pot has a drainage hole, and I've only watered it once since bringing it home. It's been 10 days since I watered it, though, and the soil still feels a little damp. I mist it every couple of days for humidity. I have it in the middle of a room with only north-facing windows, but I chose this plant for this location because it's supposed to be fine in low light. What could I be doing wrong?? I'm hoping I can save it since I haven't had it for that long!
Help! Something is going on with my striped calathea. I water her when it’s 2/3 dry, have her next to a humidifier, mist her every so often, and have her under shade but near grow light. She’s crispy and turning yellow, I don’t know why! She was doing great not too long ago… here are the recent stages of her. Last ones are of her now
I bought my Bettina Ivy last Sunday. I think the big mistake was that I brought it home on a very cold evening, it was about 14F and I didn't put it in any bag or box to protect it from the cold. When I noticed on Monday that the tips of some of the leaves were dry, I thought it was due to cold burn. I checked Google and some resources mentioned watering the plant to help it. I did so and sprayed it a little with neem oil solution to prevent fungus gnats. Since Monday, every day I have found more and more leaves with dry tips or completely withered. Please help me save him!
Can I rescue this shrivelled Nerve Plant? It’s shrivelled up over winter, I gave it some extra artificial light but that didn’t seem to help. I’ve just repotted it in case there’s an issue with the soil. I think it’s getting enough water, though I reduced the watering frequency as I suspected it might be overwatered. Any advice would be greatly appreciated.
Having multiple issues here… My alocasia has spider mites, but I only see it in the soil. The leaves look good still. Should I repot it? My ficus elastica has a black spot on only the one bottom leaf; what could this be? It is next to a humidifier and other plants. My silver nerve has constant mold growing on top. I keep scraping it off, but it seems to grow back faster. Should I also repot this?
Update on some of my Regal Shields drama… I discovered little worms in the soil when I was checking it over. I took the entire plant out of the soil and washed off the roots; I’m upset that I didn’t catch it sooner. At the moment, it’s sitting in a cup of water and I’m going to transfer it to a vase with filtered water (once it reaches room temperature). Any tips on soil for Regal Shields? Can they survive in a water propogation while they return to health?? Help!!
Hey yall, I recently moved and my plants aren’t the happiest. I just noticed today that my basil has mold looking fuzz growing on the soil where the mulch wasn’t covering. Then I noticed it on some of my other plants but not all of them. I sprinkled some cinnamon but not sure if I should be worried about a mass contamination of some sort.
