Just impulsively bought a giant umbrella plant (bargain blinders!!) and realized when it got home that it seems pretty sick. Help! I’m thinking scale on the stems? Powdery mildew on the leaves? What’s causing the leaf deformation/warping?? Help me plant people!!

Is this stem rotting or just brown from the dirt? I’ve had this albo for a little over a month and it went through a few round of neem treatment for some mite webs which haven’t returned. But it’s health has just seemed pretty stagnant so I checked the roots under the dirt they seem good but I’ve never had a mid cutting. All the really dark spots had white underneath the surface so I just assume its wet dirt. Let me know what you think.

My new baby has a leaf turning yellow. On the right was the day I got it this past Friday. Now today I realized the big leaf is turning yellow. Since I’ve gotten the plant I did not repot it. I water it today because I realized it was pretty thirsty. Any tips on what I can do to prevent it from getting worse. Or is this possibly just an old leaf that’s ready to go? Any tips will be greatly appreciated.

update to the last, she’s looking worse☹️ I haven’t watered her except for a quarter of a bottle underneath her because she’s clearly droopy but the brown is spreading and I’ve got no idea what’s wrong w her

Hi all! The leaves of our new maple tree (bought maybe 2 months ago) were curling up - I think due to underwatering + wind. We just replanted into this bigger pot and the leaves seem to have curled up more. Suggestions on how I can resuscitate this beauty?

Please help! I don’t know much about these two plants. I got them from a plant that had multiple plants in one pot with no drainage. I separated everybody and kept these two together but considering how droopy and dead looking this one side is. Should I take it out completely or is their a chance it’ll come back to life ?

Anyone know what these little bugs in my elephant ear are? Some are black ish and some are white ish and they curl up into balls. Probably about 1/2 inch long. Do I need to get rid of them? How? Help!!
