Anyone know reasons why my ficus leaves are dropping? I just barely touched a leaf and it fell off so easily. I brought it home from a nursery a week ago and watered it because the soil was completely dry. Itâs located by a bright window but not direct sun.
Hi Everyone! So I transferred my Alocasia Jacklyn to leca last week and itâs very sad. One of the leaves is so droopy it wonât stand on its own. And another one is getting more yellow đ Any advice?
saw some fungus gnats so itâs time to burn down the house (sprayed all plants with neem oil and put sticky traps in the bigger pots and soaked all the soils with a dish soap/neem oil mixture) (i also have the bonide systemic insect control granules on the way and iâm going to repot the main suspects asap) (if the granules dont work what i do next is between me and god)

Does anyone know why my dwark umbrella treeâs leaves keep turning yellow and falling off? It seems to be more towards the bottom half of the plant and they all go down one by one rather than all at the same time.
Does anyone know how to successfully and PERMANENTLY get rid of mealy bugs. Iâll hose the plant down but they still come back. Iâve used neem oil and they still come back. Iâve sat there and wiped off every mealy bug I saw and they still come back. Please helpđ„Č
Spider mites galore! Please help iâm begging đđđ Quite literally my entire collection of plants (50+) is infested with spider mites at varying levels and I just found out today. Iâve been having a very busy few weeks and the only thing iâve been barely keeping up with is watering. i went to go water my plants today and found the mites covering multiple of my ivy plants, my huge elephant ear, my calathea rescue and spreading onto countless others. the idea that my entire collection of over 4 years of care and hundreds of dollars could die and be wasted and this is haunting me right now and i canât think straight. Is there anything you guys could recommend? I sprayed everything with general insecticide for the night and my mom is helping me take everything out of my room tomorrow because itâs too late tonight to worry. Literally anything and anything helps. (sorry for any grammar or spelling errors)
Hi! Iâve had these cacti since May, never been repotted and have been absolutely fine for months - I believe theyâre âtoothpickâ cactus but iâm not 100% sure In the past couple of weeks this one has mysteriously started to shrink and turn black (for reference it was the same size as the others) Does anyone know why? Or if it can be saved? The other two are absolutely fine and no sign of doing the same at all! Thanks in advance :)
Hi, Iâve got a Kentia Palm that leave tips going brown. Did have it in my lounge but a lady from plant centre said to keep it humid. Lounge is south facing and very hot so thought maybe bathroom might be better for the humidity? Newly got Parlor Palm so that might be the same, keeping it humid.
The leaves on my umbrella tree have been turning completely black and whole umbrellas falling off. This was 2 months ago, the plant now has only 1 or 2 leaves left. I donât know what happened to her, I tried to do some research and it said some kind of bacterial infection so I cut off the infected leaves and sprayed her with diluted peroxide and in the soil. Is there any way to revive her? Should I snip branches off and hope for regrowth? Any thoughts to what happened?

Does anyone know what these are? The look like fruit flies and are not bothering my plants/leaves, they just seem to live in the soil. I tried insecticidal soap and that really didnât do much. Any help is appreciated, thanks!
okay so i repotted and trellised one of my hoyas last night. it had pretty good roots, no rot, that filled out a 6inch nursery pot, so i went up to a 7inch since they like to be root bound a little. i woke up this morning and some of the leaves are floppy but iâm sure this is just from transplant shock. all the stems are deep in the mix the same amount as they were in the previous pot with no problems. soil mix is all equal parts orchid mix, perlite, and potting mix. iâm hoping that will be okay for it? took me a while to figure out how to trellis it, and i donât want to have to cut one of the large stems to propagate several cuttings. is there hope it will make a recovery?
Golden Pathos? Correct me if not. Propagated the biggest leaf thatâs now growing a brown spot. Itâs always been yellow since propagating. Should I cut this leaf off including stem? Any recommendations on soil or fertilizer? Also at the very tips of the leafs little water drops are collecting. I just watered it yesterday. Is this a sign of over watering?
How is my plant doing? Looks like it keeps getting yellow spots. I cut off a brown part on the second bottom leaf. Should I completely cut off that leaf? I just repot this plant to a bigger pot but it was already having this issues before. I believe this plant is a Philodendron Xanadu. Correct me if wrong. <3

ĐŃ, My schefflera has been unwell for some weeks now but I just can't seem to figure out what's wrong with her. Her growth has stopped and every so often one of her leaves will begin to turn brown and then drop off. I initially thought the issue pertained to a lack of sunlight, so I've moved her slightly closer to the window but it's made no difference; she's still dropping leaves and isn't regrowing anything, nor have her youngest leaves at the top grown to full size. Can anyone offer any advice as to what the issue is and how I might fix it? Thanks if so.
