I JUST bent my Aglaonema Valentine in half, so mad!! I added the top half to my pothos cutting to see if it’ll “save it”. Not sure what to do with the bottom since the roots are still strong?? I also took a picture of the previous leaf that fell off to see if it was developing some type of disease anyways, not sure though. Please help ☹️
Hi, I have this cactus that had rot and I removed it and now I’m wondering if it’s looking good or not. The black stuff looks like mold too me, so I’m think of applying a mixture of water and baking soda to try and remove it, but if you have any better solutions please let me know.
Please tell me what to do to fix this plant. It was a plant my kids had since they were toddlers. It’s over 10 Years old and no longer thriving.
My prayer plant has been thriving and I have noticed significant growth since bringing her home. However she does have some brown ( part from when I brought her home) and a new black spot in the middle of one leaf.. is she just getting too much sun ?
My Striped Dracaena has a weird hole, dried edges, discoloration, and a weird leaf texture. I purchased this plant as a rescue from Lowe’s and thought I would give it a couple days for improvement… when I purchased, I did repot it and didn’t notice any pests or insects… does anyone have some advice on how to treat this?
What is this coming out of my philodendron after the new leaf came out.
I’m now noticing (not sure how long it’s been there) this white powdery coating on the stem of this mango. Only on the lower portion of the stems. Had previously posted about brownish marks on the leaves. Otherwise, plant is growing very well, appears to be very healthy, but just noticed a couple leaves with these spots. It sits in a sunny spot. Thoughts?? TIA
I just repotted her because she was root bound, why is she browning on the pink?
Hi! Anyone know what this is?
OMG! hi, so, i always water my plants in my bathtub, with the shower thing. it’s efficient for me, and just works better. that’s not the point tho. after getting all my babies back to their places, i go back in the bathroom to wash the tub out from all the extra dirt at the bottom of the tub, and i see these worm things! can someone tell me if these are normal worms or if i should be worried??? i’m not the brightest when it comes to pests and bugs 😭😭
Hey all! My lil Sundew Spatulata has started browning around the base. Not sure if this is a “winter thing” or if it’s crown rot? Any suggestions or advice? Background: the little guy is usually in a closed terrarium with a false bottom/drainage layer. (But I only recently learned that I need to open it up for circulation every week or so… ) It also shot up 3 stalks recently that I was out of town for, so I wasn’t able to snip. Thanks for any help!
I have a Peperomia or “Happy Bean” that is a tad overgrown. It’s not looking too healthy and I’m not really sure where to start trying to help it. Any ideas?
Striped Calathea Not Thriving. Any suggestions?
We watered all our plants before the 5 week holiday. Our Monstera deliciosa has yellow leaves so not sure if it was overwatered. Should we skip the watering for now? Or what could be causing the yellow leaves?
This is how I found my Goeppertia orbifolia after 5 weeks of us gone. Can it be saved?
We were gone for 5 weeks and had no one to look after our plants. Several of my plants have suffered and I don’t know what to do (I’ll post them separately for easier reference) This is how I found my Ctenanthe setosa. Can it still be saved? Or should I let it go.
I bought these mini roses a couple of months ago. I repotted them with indoor soil in a pot with one drainage hole, then transferred them to a smaller pot (second picture). I have them under a grow light, and I water them once a week. As the plant has gradually dried up, I pruned off all of the tried flowers and branches. A few days ago I noticed this white fuzzy mold on the soil. What should I do to revive this plant, get some growth and make the mold go away?
Help! What is making my cat palm look like this? A lot of the leaves are brown and crunchy at the bottom and some have these black holes at the top.
Hi all! Love plants. They don’t love me. I’ve been trying to be a plant girl for a while and felt like it was going GREAT. Cut to Christmas holidays leaving my beautiful plant at home with my partner, it’s died. How can I bring it back to life?
