This was my first plant I got. It’s called a peach ripple wind hibiscus. At first it started off good but then I neglected it a bit and had it inside because of the cold temps. Eventually I put it back outside where it got full sun and rain+watered it sometimes. A few days ago I watered it with miracle gro water soluble all purpose plant food. I’m not sure if I can bring this plant back? Or is it completely dead? I’m a beginner so allot of the plants I have aren’t looking too great 😅

I'm new to planting so l'm not really sure what l'm doing. I got a couple plants a couple days ago. This one is called Laguna dark blue/ lobelia erinus. I let it be in the sun outside for a couple of days which some of the days were pretty hot. When I saw it wilting two days ago I gave it some water mixed with miracle grow water soluble all purpose plant food. It's still wilting but I'm new to gardening so I'm not sure how long it would take to get better? Or how much to water it etc. right now the soil in the pot looks somewhat moist still. I have it sitting at the front of the garage so it gets some sunlight but not too much.
Help! I have a raised garden bed for the first time and I’m worried It doesn’t have enough drainage! I used some cardboard as a base layer, then organic compost soil. I’ve tried aerating the soil manually but am wondering if you have any tips! Plz and thank you!!
Trying to propagate basil, but the leaves have a whitish layer, not sure if it’s mold and the roots are brown. I’ve seen videos and roots are white. I’ve been changing the water frequently and the water looks clear
Hello all, Hope you are all having a great day so far 😊 I'm kind of thinking this is normal, but I thought I would check in with you all. The brown fuzzy on the stems is what I am looking at.
My jade plants leaves are turning yellow I am pretty sure it just needs reporting just seeing if anyone has any other ideas on why that might be
My pachira has a mushroom and not sure what to do should I change soil completely or just take mushroom out. It's my first time having a problem like this. Any advice would be much appreciated
Hey lovely plant people! 🍀🌿🌱 I have my Algeonema plant I’ve had for years and years. Anyone know what’s going wrong here?
What on earth is happening to this echevaria leaf?!? Should I be concerned??? It was really soggy initially, I thought maybe overwatering… however now whatever is growing in it is worrying me. This is also only isolated to this leaf. The rest of my plant is thriving. Any ideas?
This is my first aloe vera plant. Should I clip these off or let them be?
This is an all around view of my golden pothos in water. Do the roots look fine or is there a bit of root rot? Got it as a gift from someone else on Sunday. Did a bit of cleanup already but want to get some fresh eyes on it.
Any tips for fungal gnats? I’ve used water/hydrogen peroxide treatment, cinnamon, glue traps, repotted with fresh bagged soil and coir mix that looked clear (still treated before potting), etc. and the dang gnats are still crazytown. I don’t overwater. Any advice is helpful.
Anyone have any clue what is causing the Brown Spots on my Miss Muffett Caladiums?
Would it be safe to assume that this plant is being choked out by the pre existing spiderwort. We just moved here, and had no idea that these guys were actually there. I don’t want to pull out the spiderwort, and if the pansies die it’s fine. They weren’t gonna live that long anyway.
This Striped Dracaena plant was watered over 2 weeks ago, but never gets dry and I’m afraid maybe it’s got rot. It’s so big and heavy it’s hard to move or check. Any suggestions what’s going on or if I’ve been overwatering?
Should I be watering this plant when the soil still registers as “Moist”? This is a Council tree and I haven’t watered in almost 2 weeks.
My monstera has a sick leaf and I’m not sure if it’s due to lack of watering or too much or even not enough sunlight. I just repotted because it sprouted 2 new leaves and a whole new little sprout so I felt that it needed a bigger pot. The roots looked fine but that leaf is the oldest leaf so idk if that’s normal for it to just yellow and brown like that. Any recommendations to save the leaf I don’t want it to get worse and hurt the rest of the plant!
my flf is alive but hasn’t shown much growth except for maybe one leaf in the past few months at the very top. any way i can get it bushier or to pop out new growth? i’ve cut above some of the nodes to encourage but it hasn’t done anything
Spider plant needs help! It looks even more floppy and anemic now. This plant was adopted from a colleague who left and it lives on a ship. It has a grow light now, which it didn’t have before. Was given a slight sprinkle of fertilizer recently. Is this overwatered? Underwatered? Too much light?
My haworthia has been doing pretty well but lately the bottom has been looking worse and worse. any ideas of what’s wrong?
