Hey! Anyone know why my Calathea is looking like this? The new leaf is turning a reddish-pink color. It’s not crunchy or anything. I have him under a grow light if that does anything.

Hi, does anyone know what yellow spotting on a money tree could be from? I’ve had this plant for a few years now and it has produced slot of growth over the years but also has lost a lot of leaves. It keeps getting yellow spots, like towards the edge of the leaves, then eventually completely yellows and dies off. Pictures below to show.

Hi! This is my Kalanchoe and I just recently removed the dead blooms and leaves and I’m starting to notice the stems from where I cut the dead blooms off are turning yellow. I’m not sure if I should cut them down or what. I also have some yellow leaves with brown tips but their still green near the stem to. I’m not sure if I should cut those off as well. But along side all this I have lots of new growth so I’m very unsure with whats happening. Any advice would be great! Thank you!

Hello. I got this little guy about a week ago and he started curling up almost immediately. Someone suggested I increase humidity, which I tried to do by misting, and placing my prayer plant in a small terrarium. Nothing is helping and it looks like he’s dying. Does anyone have advice on how I might save my new plant? Thank you!

Hey all! I recently bought this monstera and am not sure if it currently has pests or was previously treated for them. There’s damage spots (maybe thrips??) on several leaves, but I haven’t seen any actual bugs. The plant itself seems to be thriving and has new growth. I sprayed it down with Earth’s Ally 3in1 plant spray just in case and it’s in quarantine from the rest of my plants for now. I’m a houseplant newbie and looking for general advice on dealing with this!

Hey! I’m seeing some black discoloration on some of the leaves of my jade plant. I checked the roots and I didn’t see any signs of rot but I’m not sure what could be causing this. Could it be a result of overwatering? Is there anything I can do to stop it from spreading?

Two different plants, two different issues. The snake plant has this bruising? And the other big leafy plant has dark spots where it’s rotted all the way through. Should I just prune off those areas? Or should I be concerned about a bigger issue with the plant. The stems of the plants seem to be healthy, they are big box store rescues so I don’t know what they’re planted in but the soil has seemed really muddy and slow to dry out since bringing them home. They’re in quarantine in my entryway for the time being and I’ve cleaned the dust and dirt off of the leaves, I haven’t watered but I sprayed some neem oil because I did see some pests.

Should I prune this leaf? The other leaves are fine, but this one has crusty bits and is losing its dark green color.

What causes these spots? It’s driving me insane. No pests, and it’s only on two of the older leaves. New growth is not coming in with them.

I got this hanging plant around 6-7 months ago. It’s started to slowly turn yellow and loose its leaves. There are black nubs all over the plants nears the leaves and the stems are also starting to blacken. Should I repot? What else should be done to save her?!

Help! How can I revive this cypress? It doesn’t really like any lighting I give it, watering enough (every other time with plant food), and still can’t find a solution. It also does have drainage holes in the pot it’s in

What is this bug I found in my philodendron? I recently brought it home from the nursery and it was root bound so I repotted it. Found these crawling around in the oil soil. Is this a pest? Should I be worried about my plant? Can I just toss em outside? (I’m in the PNW) Thanks so much for your help!!

HELP! What’s happening to my red aglaonema? Too big for the pot? Watering issue? I’m confused. It’s been doing great since day 1 then one of the branches fell out of nowhere as it was rotting so I repotted it but in a similar size pot. Not sure what to do next
