Help! My pilea has been doing amazingggg and I’ve been so excited about it’s growth. Well I went to water it this morning and noticed two leaves looked like this. It doesn’t seem to be scale because I can’t wipe them off. He gets 10+ hours of natural indirect light, about 2 feet from the window. I water him about 1/week now with summer months.
I have cherry tomato seedlings and I placed a humidity cover over them. They were doing great but the humidity got to them. They look super sad now how can I help them recover from the humidity.
Help! My star cactus, her little cacti parts are starting to wither away and Im not sure what's going on :( does anybody have any tips or tricks? Thank you so much
Omg my gladiolus 😍😍
Help! My new, crowded Giant Taro/Elephant Ear from Home Depot needs some assistance. I have a grow light arriving ✨today✨ so that I can get this beauty the light it needs, but what else if anything can I do to save this plant? It looks way too crowded to me and the lower leaves are suffering and/or not developing well. Can I trim it up? Trim the bottom leaves? Split it up into multiple pots?
Does anyone know why the leaf could be doing this? I got it about 6 months ago and it’s just progressively gotten worse.
Why is my monstera getting these marks?
Help!! I don’t know if I’m overwatering or underwatering this, but a lot of the leaves on top have become crumbly and fallen off. I was previously giving it a lot of water, so maybe it was too much? Or maybe not enough, I have no idea
My red prayer plant! I’m a little confused by this one. I wish I had a picture of when I originally got her, but she seemed much more lively. Her leaves were always perked up. I’ve had her for about 2 months now and she always seems sad. Mostly just constant droopy leaves. But she seems to grow new leaves all the time (which you can see in the first pic). So is she really sad or just dramatic? She sits in a table that gets direct sunlight for about half of the day, but the room in general stays pretty sunny throughout. She’s not too close to any air conditioning units. Anything I can do to make sure she stays up?
My soil seems to be staying moist for longer than it should. I have to snooze my schedule more times than not. I bottom water my plants as well as top water. My plants seem healthy for the most part, but this can’t be good, right? Do I really need to wait for my water to drain when I top water? Seems like it’s a lot of water to me.
HELP I’ve heard that trees of a thousand stars are a bit cranky but I don’t know why mine is he has humidifier going during the night and I water 1 a week :( pls help Pot has drainage part sun Pls help Mr wiggles
I discovered these babies today! I’ve been scratching behind my ear like a hound dog since. I was going to run out immediately for something to spray on them, instead I just rubbed them off. I only found 8, using a magnifying glass, but they are so small and the same color. You can only see them in silhouette on the stem. Everyone has had a thorough search for bugs. I’m sure there’s more and plan to keep a close eye on it. I’m going to make up a batch of soap spray and get some hydrogen peroxide. I’ve had a Pothos and a snake plant for a couple of years. They were ignored into pretty good condition. I’m trying to grow herbs in a window and am getting kind of plant obsessed but don’t have any experience. I appreciate all the advice on this app! So much easier than the web.
My Monstera Thai Constellation is browning but only on the variegated white parts. I checked the roots and it hasn’t got root rot and it’s in a chunky soil mix so i’m unsure why this is happening. Does anyone know how i can stop this from happening more. Thanks!
Allium leaf ends crisping, any clue to what it is?
Did I make the right call? Scanned this plant today, and found it had signs of fungal infection. A white fuzzy substance was also seen forming on all stems near the roots. So I decided to toss it, worried it had started spreading to the other flower I removed all leaves that had any white spots, or heavy damage. Leaving only three of the leaves. I’ll also spray it with baking soda tomorrow just to make sure nothing still remains.
Is this the symptoms of potassium deficiency?
What are these bugs? They are taking over all of our garden beds!
What is up with the black tip on my pathos? She was recently moved from water to soil.
Are these concerning spots?
