This may be an odd question but here we go
do rattlesnake plants normally have lumps on their roots? Mine does, I don’t know if this is normal or parasitic but the plant is struggling a bit. Any thoughts would be really appreciated!

HELLPPP!! I’ve been growing this avocado plant for almost a year any this recently started happening. I thought it was because the pot it was in was too small but then I switched it has gotten worse 😭 any tips?

Can anyone help me understand why the leaves of my bird of paradise curl up? I thought it might need more water but after introducing a humidifier to my office and using a moisture meter to ensure it has enough to drink — leaves still curl. Window pictured is south facing so it gets a lot of light. There is an AC vent in ceiling above plant, too.

Ok plant aunties and uncles this baby needs advice ! 😅 I repotted her probably 2 months ago (not sure exactly to be honest) she’s been doing great ! But recently I started losing leaves (maybe last month) so I took her all out and untangled the roots because the center of her pot was wet not all of the soil. Since doing this she’s been looking sad ! I haven’t lost any leaves since but she’s more droopy than usual đŸ„Č also some browning on the edges of 2 of the leaves. I decided to separate them and downsize the pot (blue pot is a bit bigger because that side of the plant was bigger and had way longer bigger roots) is it because I unbound the roots ? Any advice on this plant would be useful !

My Areca palm has brown tips on the leaves. I haven’t been watering it a ton because each time I touch the soil it still feels moist. I repotted around a month or so ago and always make sure I empty out the tray beneath it after I do water. Please help!

Bonide systemic granules So I use these granules to keep away pests and it works great. Here’s the issue: I just recently found out about the carcinogens and cancer risk. I have horrible medical anxiety and am now worried that I’m a goner from using these. Please help, any advice is welcomed (as long as you’re kind)

Monstera leaves are drooping. I repotted it a week or two ago because it was so root bound (see second photo). I had to loosen up the roots which made me lose a bunch, but the rest were thick and very healthy! I’m seeing now that the leaves are drooping and the bottom leaves were turning yellow (cut them off yesterday). What do I do?

I have had three battles with aphids this spring including both green and orange aphids. They are all within an area both inside and outside my kitchen window. I got so tired that I just used insecticide which I usually try to avoid because it takes out beneficial insects as well. But, It works and is the last option before tossing out the plant. It’s a Hoya Gigantanganesis in a 4 inch pot I bought 10 months ago.

False shamrock. It first arrived root bound and completely drooping. Has done amazing progress and all leaves are perking up much more now. However the plant still continues to droop and be messy and has these green marks on the leaves. I sorted the roots and everything and rarely water it but it stays wet. It has drainage. I dont see pests anywhere What is happening? My humidity in the room is often 65-75+ as im in the woods could this be why?

Fiddle leaf fig new leaves are showing reddish brown spots also more crinkly looking. Was thinking previous owner had inconsistent watering patterns? Could be edema? I’ve checked everywhere and 0 signs of pests. New leaves seem very flimsy at first but always strengthen up after about 1-2 weeks. Please lmk if you have any ideas! Recently misted. Well draining soil and regular watering now. About 3 feet from east/southeast facing windows.

EDIT: The piece I found already had these two leaves and a root. I think it fell out of its original plant and then I found it. I put it in soil since it already had roots, about an inch big, and the next day AFTER planting- this is what the leaves looked like. Should I just leave it alone? Does it need more sun? Found a piece of a Lemon Lime Philodendron detached from main plant with a root at Home Depot. I took it home, put it in some soil to see if it would propagate, watered it, and now it has these brown spots and started slightly yellowing. Any suggestions?
