I noticed recently that my prayer plant has a relatively minor case of mealy bugs. I first found the webbing, and then picked off the (extremely small) mealy bugs I could find. I ended up cutting a large part of her leaves off (not pictured here), but Iâm wondering if there is anything else I could do to eradicate them? I have been spraying with an insecticide (plant-safe), but I really donât want them to come back. :/
It is already separated from my other plants.

Hello everyone! I have been unfortunately dealing with a great deal of small flies in my bonsaiđ° with online research, i tried the yellow fly trap sticky which works great (as shown!) but not enough as there are still many of those small flies flying around. I now have flies in my neighbouring orchid so im afraid i have contaminated my other plantsđ
I have a moisture meter in the bonsai to ensure the soil i not too wet, i water it from the bottom and doing everything to avoid moisture but the flies keep multiplying!!!
Any advice??? đ€đŒ

Hi! Any help is appreciated, I have a string of heart for maybe a month or so and I have it in this pot which doesnât have holes but it has rocks in the bottom. The soil looks firm and keeps developing these white spots and Iâm not sure how to help her. Does it need to be repotted? I just want it to thrive â€ïž

Hello! Iâm new to plants so any tips would be greatly appreciated!
My begonia has been losing a lot of color and the leaves have been turning brown on the edges. The flowers are also losing color and Iâve had to cut a lot off. Iâve only had it for 5 days and it came with some brown leafs that Iâve cut off but more have been discoloring.
Does anyone know what the problem could be and how to fix it? Ive watered it twice so far and put it next to a window because itâs partial sunlight.
Thank you!
Hi! I have a giant philodendron whose stalk at the base hasnât been growing to keep up with how tall itâs getting and how many leaves itâs growing, and has fallen over since the base stalk is too thin. A friend has said itâs a disease and to burn it but I wanted to check here first. Help please! And thank you! Iâd rather not get rid of the plant if I can help it

I have had this Thai lime tree for several years and never noticed any problems. Recently, it started dropping leaves that were still green and looks like the picture below? Any suggestions? Neem oil doesnât seem to have done the trick.

I found a tiny bug on the stem and it was brown and tiny. About 2 cm long. It had a larger head and had little teeth like spikes at the head. Looked like a parasitic worm. Anyways, I cut to the chase. Do yâall know of a way to help my baby recover? I just noticed it today. I have been moving all month and have been away since Saturday. Please help! Thanks in advance!

Ok so: Iâve never had a hydrangea but my mom saw this one at Whole Foods for Easter. Is all of this stuff normal? It has brownish spots all over stems. Also one of the leaves looks a little suspicious. Help please! I am keeping it in my kitchen which doesnât have any other plants in it. Thanks so much!!

Help! My dracaena is very angry. My pot has drainage but Iâm wondering if I over watered? Iâve tried to cut back on watering to no avail. He still has brown and yellow spots all over. I repotted him about a month ago and he was fine until then. Could he be just readjusting to his new home? I donât want to try and repot like the app suggests if that is why. But if thereâs root rot I probably should right? Any advice is welcome!

Not sure what I should do with this plant. Itâs doing great but itâs getting so top heavy that I have to stake it. Should I continue to stake it or put it in a hanging pot and let it do what it wants? Iâm afraid if I put it in a hanging pot that the stems would break because itâs so heavy. What do you all think?

My calatheas leaves are turning yellow/brown. I thought it was due to too much direct sunlight, so I moved it away from the window. Could there be any other possibilities? Thanks!

I have mold growing in a plant I watered a few days ago. It is in the window with plenty of light, properly drained and healthy. Any ideas on how to keep the mold from growing?

Iâm pretty sure this basket I got around Christmas has become a mealy bug haven. There are several plants in it, and Iâm not sure how to proceed. Iâve been killing all the adults I can find with alcohol, but Iâm thinking I need to I unpot and separate this, clean up the roots, and repot the various plants in their own containers. Iâm pretty new to all this, so any advice would be appreciated. How would you go about saving these plants? Thank you in advance!
