Hi guys! I’m new to the plant life. I’ve had this money tree since March and I’m super proud of her. She has a routine that I never skip and she’s grown since then. But I’ve noticed on some leaves there’s this brown/yellow ish color. I’m thinking maybe it’s too much sunlight. Since it’s a money tree I usually don’t water it but once a week, so I don’t want to overwater. I also don’t know what happens to them in the fall time, does it affect them any way? Thank you for any response!

Concerned about my white birds of paradise. She’s indoors but I’ve noticed lately that her leaves have been curling. I also see that the other leaf isn’t unfurling properly. When I feel the leaves, it feels kinda crispy on the edges. I do water her weekly, but I do get scared that if I water her too much, I might get root rot. I do not use a humidifier or a grow light. If anybody has any idea what i can change. Thank you

I have had a Chinese money tree for at least a year. Growing and new leaves are showing. I am wondering if it needs repotting. I am concerned to put it in too big of a pot. I am noticing that some of the leaves seem to have an issue. It’s in a north east facing window about 6 feet away. I water when the soil is dry and I do spray a couple of times a week. The leaves are a new issue. Does anyone know if it is time to repot or suggestions.

I bought a rose painted Calathea from Costco a few weeks ago. Beautiful. It’s about 8 feet from a west window. I spray it twice a week and water when the top layer of dirt -about an inch or two dry. I have noticed spots are developing . The first picture of the plant looks good. The leaves shown are now developing spots. My second calathea and the first one died! Hoping to save.

I think I need help. This pink polka dot plant is loosing some of the larger middle/lower leaves. They're turning yellow and drying up. There's some new growth trying on the top, but I'm worried. I can't tell if it's a light or water issue. Any advice?

Any clues why my calathea has some random holes? I used Neem oil two weeks ago.

Tiny white spots on Alocasia leaves. Is this looking like a pest? Or something else? Thank you! Edit: The backs of the leaves are AFTER wiping down/treating so I probably got rid of anything useful. *sigh* But I did spray all my plants and wiped down all leaves with a mixture of water, alcohol, plant pest spray just to be safe. I’m not treating soil, unless I should?

My rattlesnake plant is doing horribly
it has lost probably 2/3 of its leaves in the past 2 months or so and doesn’t really move with the sun anymore. It was a very fast change, it used to be healthy and lively. I just repotted her and that seems to have helped a little bit, and I moved her to a brighter space as well, probably a month ago. But what else can I do and what is happening??? Edit: I should mention that the leaves are curling up and drying out

Does this look like it has a fungal infection or just a sunburn? This plant is one of my pickiest babies and is always getting something. I have to keep it in my quarantine room under a grow light because it's so picky. Every time I move it out it starts doing badly, but I've had it since it was in a tiny 4 inch pot and just a couple inches tall so it's worth fighting for. đŸ€ŠđŸŒâ€â™€ïž

What’s going on? How do I help it? Is it root rot? Why are the leaves turning black?

I have a moth orchid. When I first got it, it had the most beautiful purple flowers. Eventually the flowers fell off like they do on my other orchids. But, unlike my other orchids, it has never bloomed again, and I’ve had it for well over a year. I also repotted it and used orchid medium. It sits in a filtered window with my other two orchids. This morning I noticed a couple of its leaves had these weird spots on them. One spot on each of about 3 or 4 leaves. I clipped off the leaves and took a picture of one of them to show the spot. Does anyone know what this is?

This golden pothos (affectionately named “Goldie”) was doing beautifully until recently. I propagated part of her and that part is STILL doing beautifully. I was liking her over this morning- trying to figure out what the actual eff is going on- and found this. It looks like something happened in the middle of the stem and it’s perhaps ‘pinched’ off the rest of the stem. She’s dropped her leaves (which turned yellow) and didn’t positively respond to anything I’ve tried so far- which are the following: 1. At the apps diagnostic recommendations- watered again 2. Tried putting in a spot that gets more sun 3. Haven’t repotted but the nursery container it’s in does have adequate drainage 4. Haven’t fertilized 5. No visible pests I’d also like to highlight that, while I’m doing the best that I can, I don’t really know what I’m doing- so, be gentle, please. Any advice for poor Goldie is welcome!

I got overly confident in my plant abilities and got a fiddle leaf fig
mistake number 1, I know. I’ve had it for about a month and it recently started dropping leaves and a few of them have had strange brown areas on them. I haven’t changed anything regarding its care and I use a water bulb to water it as I have found that my figs tend to prefer those of other watering methods. Anyone have any idea what’s going on?
