I had a terrible case of root rot and dying/browning leaves. I changed her soil to something better draining, cut her leaves to let her focus on growing roots, and put her in the smallest pot I have that’s got a drainage hole. I’m worried about her completely dying and I’d really like to avoid it. Anyone have any advice for how to help work her up and get her recovering?
My holiday cactus is looking sad and shriveled. Help! (i’m a plant noob)

Hi friends! Waiting for the ground to dry a bit before I plant this purple Veronica in the ground. I just noticed this discoloration on the leaf, it’s currently in my greenhouse while we wait for it to get dry outside. Any ideas?
Help me save my thai con monstera ☹️ these black spots and the brown thin spot showed up a few days ago, while this plant was previously doing great. Soil isn’t wet as she’s actually due for watering today. Has a good source of bright indirect light and nothing has changed recently.
Hey guys, anyone knows what’s going on with my dieffenbachia? It doesn’t matter what I do she would not grow healthy leaves and all the new ones I can see dry brown spots on the even before they fully unfold. Is not soggy and I water it proper soy I just don’t know why is not happy with me. Any tips as to what could be happening?

So Scales (Alocasia Silver Dragon) was purchased with about two small holes but I’ve noticed it appears to be spreading. (I purchased after Dragon Tales demise) My leaves don’t feel healthy like it’s lacking something. I didn’t purchase it in the best condition but this was the better looking plant out of the bunch? I’ve used sexy plant juice to clean my leaves my last watering I used distilled water, fertilizer and a drop of neem oil. HELP!!
Hello! I am a beginner and was gifted this baby elephant ear plant two weeks ago. I bottom watered it last week. When it as gifted to me I could tell another leaf was coming in, which did continue to grow and seems to be doing good. I noticed this discoloration on the other leaves. It’s not yellow, more see through and mostly around the edges of the leaves with some dots two? Good, bad, normal? Thanks!
Are these pests or am I being paranoid? I bought this beautiful Primulina ‘Loki’ this week and have been keeping it isolated for now but am curious if the sandy/ grainy speckles on the leaf stems are pests or not? There aren’t any on the other areas of the leaves and kind of seem like sand. They don’t exactly seem like they are pests but I want to be extra sure before I introduce it to the rest of my household plant family. Any ideas? Thanks!
Hello! I got this plant a couple month ago and repotted it. It seemed to be doing fine. It was growing new leaves and getting taller. But I noticed that it was very fragile. The stems are thin and can’t support the weight of the new leaves and it would flop down. Any leaves in contact with the soil your dry up and die. Not sure what’s happening….
What is happening?! I had to repot my Marble Queen 2 weeks ago bc of root rot that was present at purchase. I split it between two pots because I was worried one might die and I’d be left with nothing haha. Now I am battling spider mites! I have spotted two. One on each of my Queens. I couldn’t tell you how long they’ve been there. There’s no webbing but I’ve had two leaves die since repotting and I have mutated new growth? Is this a result of the spider mites or something else? Any ideas what the thing is in the third picture? You can see it zoomed out in the 4th. Can the variegation of Marble Queens handle neem oil and Castile soap? How have you treated your Queens successfully? This is my first house plant in years so thank you! Update to add: I just checked my Snake Plant that was nearby (purchased at same time). Didn’t see any spider mites but I did see fungus gnats. Have I been cursed with a crash course in plant pests? The Queens and the Snake are being isolated in their own separate rooms. I’m so disappointed :’(
I have little gray bugs all over two of my plants. I’m not sure what they are, but they can fly. They look a bit different to me than fruit flies, but maybe that’s what they are?
This was a recent purchase of a monstera deliciosa, it came with 3. Was I right to pull them apart and repot? I’m afraid how much I irritated the roots may have been worse for them 😅
I’ve had my Fiddle Leaf Fig for about 3 months off Facebook marketplace. It’s always been droopy but continues to grow new leaves. It’s watered whenever the soil starts to get dryish and it’s facing west. Any recommendations?
