Hello everyone! š This is Willy, Willy has not grown in quite a while and the leafs are kind of brown. When I re-potted him, the roots seemed pretty dry, and they sort of looked dead. I donāt know what to do? Or maybe this is the end for Willy?
Checked on my alocasia ninja yesterday and itās roots had completely rotted, is there any saving this guy or should I call it a day? Thanks so much āŗļø
Hello! Im really sad because I think I overwatered my baby rubber plant and I donāt know if it will make it. I put it in well draining soil and changed her spot to a sunnier room. Do you think sheāll make it? She has lost almost all her leaves :(
My Pilea needs some help. Some of the leaves are convex and some are concave. It sits mostly in a west window and has a small sansai grow light 12 hours per day. I water when the leaves start getting soft and bendable. Thoughts?

Just curious if anyone can tell based on these pictures if my aloe is beginning to be infested by spider mites. I just saw a tiny spider crawling around in the soil. It didnāt look like a spider mite but Iām really not sure.
Iāve reached the end of my tether with fungus gnats. What are my options? Advice or thoughts are very gratefully receivedā¦ Iāve tried everything (I think!) and Iām exhausted. Itās been five months of this war and while there are way less gnats, I need them gone, exterminated, for good. The current regime is: yellow sticky traps everywhere (almost literally), watering less (but I have some plants that wonāt tolerate that much) and mosquito bits in every watering. Plus hydrogen peroxide solution if itās looking bad on particular plants. I see two options: 1) Spend a lot of money and mix enough soil to repot everything in one day (or I guess bake all the existing soilā¦?), sealing each of the plants in a bathroom after repotting and then smoke bombing the heck out of the rest of the house. This sounds insane I know. But Iām hyper focused enough to do it. 2) Try carnivorous plants. This is a less nuclear option but I need to tip the balance in my favour. Iām thinking 3 - 4 Cape Sundews might do it and I hear theyāre good gnat eaters. Has anyone tried this?
I got a new mini monstera about a week ago. I got it with wet soil and havent watered since, but i noticed these dark brown spots with yellow rings beginning to form? I think its spreading to other leaves, im not too sure. Is this a form of root rot or fungal infection? And if so, how do i fix it so it doesnt continue to spread to the other leaves?
Why is my aloe plant leaf turn brown?
This is my maranta and although Iāve been growing plants for many years I have never come across this. The leaves have grown very thin and the colour and lines are pale. If you turn over the leaves they are grayish in colour, not the beautiful maroon it would have. It doesnāt change if I try to wash it off. Iāve search the internet for answers but nothing is jumping out. The roots are healthy with no rot so this is a leaf problem. Anyway, the damage is extensive and I donāt know if I can get a clean cutting. Until I find an answer I donāt really want to introduce another one.
What in the plant loving world is invading my umbrella tree! Little black things on the top and under leaves!!!! I took her outside to clean her leaves and saw these things. If there butterfly lave how do I remove them and not destroy them?
My large pony tail palm keeps getting dark brown leaves. I have tried trimming but they just come right back. I am watering according to schedule and making sure not too wet when time to water. He is right by the window with a sheer curtain in between. I moved away from the window at one point but still did the same thing. Any advice?

Help! What are these little white bugs crawling on my monstera? I only see them on the new leaf (which grew in kind of dead, not great), not on the other two that are original to the cutting I received back in April. I quickly did a spray of insecticidal soap, and hours later still saw a couple so gave another spray. I know the picture quality isnāt great but based on this can anyone advise if theyāre aphids, white flies, or thrips? Never had any of those before so not sure best way to treatš«£šš°
I donāt have a picture at the moment but, my boyfriendās pothos is pretty long, but the leafs at, the top mostly, are turning yellow and falling off. Does anyone know what could be wrong with it? What should I do with it?
A friendās Plant: My Easter cactus keeps dropping leaves. And has these black outlines around its leaves. Iāve tried watering it more and less but the leaves keep dropping.
