Is my Raven ZZ sunburnt or is this root rot? I forgot to check on it the last week after intense heat 😬 Should I check out the roots and risk more shock or let the plant be? History: plant arrived in mail with no dirt and I immediately potted it into soil (rookie mistake I know) and watered it a little. This was around April 27th. Leaves started dropping after 2 weeks so I bottom water it completely. The soil is still wet today which is concerning. I waited another week before putting it under a grow light for 12 hours a day. Then I left it for about a week. The stems changing colour like this happened in the last week. They were not like this earlier. However, the leaves that were originally dropping came from the hurt stems.

Hi all, My fiddle leaf fig is pushing out a new leaf that’s entirely covered in red spots. This has never happened before and the rest of the plant looks very healthy. No signs of infestations and the plant hasn’t been repotted or moved in a while. Any idea?

Noticed this scary growth in the soil of my spider plant it’s been though a lot has a history of gnats and needing to be left to dry out. So scared this is some sort of pest getting ready to hatch though…. Help

What do I do about this plant? The top leaves are coming in brightly but the bottom leaves are very dull and it's extremely leggy. I have it in a north facing window but I'm worried that it may not be getting enough light. Should I cut the tops off and try to propagate them to get a bushier plant? Thanks in advance.

Should I cut the yellow leaf now or when it completely dies?

So I’m having a little trouble with my monstera. Monsty here decided that she would like to fall right out of her pot! I’m thinking about using a chopstick as a stake, and tying her to it with some string. Is this the best course of action? If not, what should I do instead?

This is my mass cane, the diagnosis is over watering. I have a tray underneath and it sits on top of the pebbles for more humidity; should I take that out? I only water the op when the soil feels dry. I work 630am-3. I try to remember to open the curtains, sometimes I forget and open it when I get home till the sun goes down.

Does anybody have any idea what happened to my aloe Vera? I’ve had it for over a year and it was doing very well, until two days ago. It started deteriorating out of seemingly nowhere?? I watered in a week ago, so I don’t think that is the issue as I also watered other plants that are doing fine. It’s very limp and smells bad, and there’s a gooey type substance in the middle? To add to the weirdness, I have a panda plant nearby that also began to die out of seemingly nowhere. However, I have a couple other plants in this area that seem to be fine. I don’t think it’s an issue with the water, does anyone have any ideas what it could be?

I’m new to roses and I think that I have slugs in my hostas in my front beds. Will slugs go after roses too or are the holes in the leaves from something else?

I don’t know what happened!!! My others are doing great in this spot, I put it straight into the ground after bringing it home. It’s a white mandevila… or it was…. Idk if it’ll come back, but it looks burnt any tips? The second two pictures are the plants that are doing great, all planted the same day.

Hi, the majority of my garlic is laying on the ground, the tips of the leaves are drying up, and when I checked on one of the bulbs the stem right above the bulb was flimsy. Am I under watering it or is it something else?

Are these thrips? Birds nest fern. Only on new growth. Had this plant for a while.

Anyone else with a staghorn fern doing this? It hasn’t grown new leaves or been healthy in quite a while. Some of the oldest and newest leaves have shriveled up, but not how they usually do from being under watered. At first I thought I wasn’t watering it enough, but I feel like there’s some more. I let it soak up water for 30min-1hr every 17 days because that’s what the app says and it’s by a grow light. sos? 😅 Also I just pruned off some leaves because I was tired of looking at them, oops.

Hello, hoping to receive some help with my Monstera Monkey Plant. The top layer of the soil is covered in this white furry stuff- but it doesn’t seem to be affecting the growth of my plant as it keeps growing leaves in abundance. Do I need to repot it with more soil?

Do these roots look ok? It’s my Monstera clipping. It tried to put out a new leaf but it died before it shot out and I had to cut it out. This poor thing has had a hard life. Help please.

I went to fix a stem on my Zz plant that was leaning, and it popped right out of the soil 😬. Is this a sign of rot? I’m not sure what to do, I tugged lightly on the other stems and they were all secure, the plant overall looks decently healthy.
