Just picked up this monstera today from my local Home Depot. Not sure why he has all these brown tears and marks in the leaves, and I was wondering if there was anything I needed to do. Is this just because he wasent getting adequate care or was I super unlucky and picked a dying plant? I did notice he had some new growth so I’m assuming he’s still healthy. I just ordered a moss pole for some extra support and a grow light so hopefully that should help him out a bit. Any suggestions welcome! I need all the help I can get!

Someone please help me out here. I’m repotting these suckers tomorrow morning with some indoor potting soil. They sit in my south facing window most days and sometimes I take them out for fresh air. Only had them for 8-9 days (Left to right ) Rosemary , Rosemary , Rosemary (Dif strand), Lemon Balm, and Sage What else can I do to help.

Any recommendations to save both of these would be wonderful! My boston fern used to be so vibrant but i sent her home while i was at school and i think my mom neglected her a bit lol. I am not quite sure what went wrong with the other one. I actually am not too sure exactly what kind of plant she is either!! Any information would be great, thank you!!!!

I meant to post this yesterday, but oh well. What should I do??? I put my plant outside just during the day so she could get some sun, but when I brought her back in, she looked like this! What can I do to help her to get feeling better?

Soooo I have a little problem. After Christmas in about January I bought a little plant with a Christmas cactus, mini evergreen tree, and this little bush that I never found out what it was. So I took care of it for a while but a couple months ago, I forgot about it. Now it looks like the pictures below. What can I do to save my baby?

i’m somewhat new to the plant stuff, but i know a decent amount. what i’m not educated on is the bug stuff. i noticed this today and when i lifted up the leaves to clean out the dead leaves underneath there were like gnat like bugs but kinda bigger and skinnier than a gnat. no snails or anything. just wondering if anyone could help a girl out :))

How close together do plants have to be for them to tranfer any pests? Or do they even need to be near eachother to catch pests

I accidentally overwatered my baby and ruined her colorrrr 😭 any advice? Only her color seems dull. The stem is still strong, the leaves are still perfectly green and I don’t see anything else wrong. (Vibrant picture is a before- dull color is an after)

Hi, I’m new here 👋🏼 I have had this lipstick plant for about a year. She was thriving until winter and I think I neglected her a bit, and now I’m unsure how to save her. I hope I can, she’s one of my favorites 🙏🏼 any help is appreciated!

Hi all! I have roughly 30 house plants and this guy is the only one to ever give me issues. I bought it from our local nursery and it was thriving inside the green house. I brought it home and had it inside in front of our bay window. I could tell within 2/3 weeks it wasn’t happy. I placed him outside and we had a massive storm. It instantly died. It definitely has new growth, just lost as to how to help encourage more growth. Should I trim all the dead leaves? The soil is still wet to the touch. Maybe a repot would help with better soil to allow for better drainage? Anything helps!

Does this look like an overwatering issue to folks? It’s such a small spike, I can’t tell if it’s squishy or shriveled!

Any idea why my calathea is growing out like this? I know it needs a repotting at a minimum. Thanks !!!

Hi, I was checking to see if my plants need to be repotted and I noticed large cluster of white beads in some of my plants. Can anyone tell me what this is and what I should do or if this is normal?

Hello all! I found this product at Walmart and decided to use it on my plants… not only did the dirt MOLD where I placed it, but it also made one of the trunks of my Money tree squishy. I’m not sure if I used the product wrong but I would not recommend🥲 if you have used this product and have been successful, please let me know your process. And/or what to do for the squishiness of the trunk. Thanks!

Hello! I just found some small bugs which look like woodlice on my snake plant - what should I do to handle these? They look to be damaging the plant but I may be wrong? I’ve added a few images so let me know if it’s due to these bugs please! Thanks for any help!
