Hello all, Iâve had this gollum jade for a bit now and the last few months itâs had this white fuzzy thing happening, and when I try to clean it with a qtip and water it comes right back. Does anyone know what this is and how I fix it? Thanks!
My mom has a pothos that looks sad every time I come over. She is not sure what the issue is. Thereâs a lot of light in her living room, and she waters every few weeks. Iâm wondering if there is a root problem? Any one have any thoughts?
I have a Hoya rope plant that Iâve had for years, and I love it dearly, but it has a reoccurring mealybug issue that I just cannot seem to get it to shake! I currently have it soaking in the hopes that it will help this current infestation but I am at my wits end, no matter how often I wipe it down, or soak it, or do any other kind of maintenance care, it just seems to keep coming back. Any suggestions on what to do about this insect menace?

Ok, so I know this may not be the right group for this because I donât think my plant is sick/dying, but I couldnât find a group specifically for Polka Dot Plants. Does anyone know why my plant is growing so tall? I had to put sticks in the pot to support them because it is just getting taller and taller. All the pictures I see online of polka dot plants look much shorter and more compact.
I just installed a grow light on my terrarium because all the plants where extremely etiolated and noticed a couple of the leaves where white. The photo doesnât capture just how pale they really are. Is this and issue/sign of overwatering or under watering? Thx!
After fertilizing basil plant it seemed to stop growing. I used organic pellet fertilizer 4-2-8 with seaweed, dehydrated hen manure, potash sulphate and feather meal and put the recommended amount as per the package. The leaves seem to be curling and I have a few leaves that got brown tips and the growth looks stunted. Could it be too much fertilizer even if the package says it was correct? What would I do to fix that?

Trying to save this plant that has been neglected for a long time. I kind of forgot about it for a year, it was hidden in the laundry room back when I did spring cleaning a year ago. Iâve had it in terracotta under my grow light for about 4 months. It looks the same as it did when first found it. Checked the roots and I see something that looks like new growth, but Iâm not sure.
