Oh no just found these little white pests crawling on the leaves of my plant (the plant is attached it to this post)!! 😖I don’t know if there’s any webbing or if they seem to be crawling on the little fuzziness that is on the leaves. I don’t think my pictures did the critters justice but does anyone know what they might be?? Might first thought is to wipe neem oil on the leaves. Would that kill pests on leaves?
Hi, I don't know if it's supposed to be this colour, does anyone know how to help it to be healthy again
I’m bad at this but trying to get better. I have two orange trees that I started from a pip, the other one has grown so much better than this one, and now I’ve noticed these spots. This one has lost a few leaves this week (unsure if thats connected) No idea what to do?
I cannot get my schefflera to perk up. It also has this sappy residue on the leaves. Any advice would be 🙏🏻
Help!!! I have a small Gardenia plant that i just planted back in May. 2 weeks ago some of the leaves started turning yellow. Last Saturday i noticed a couple leaves were dead, a crisp brown and then 2 days later, this….. first picture was Saturday. Last two were on Monday
Is this a pest or problem?
Does anyone know what’s causing this or how I stop it? Some leaves have fallen off and I really want to save this plant as it’s sentimental
hi friends! i just bought a money tree today, hope it works lol, and it has little speckles on it as if it’s dying , anyone got any suggestions? thanks so much!
Hello! I am trying to grow bell peppers but every time I get them to the flower stage the flowers just wilt. Does anyone know what I can do? I am wondering if it’s the pot they are in.
Help what’s happening with my fiddle leaf fig and pothos D: I have suspicions it may be spider mites only bc my anthurium had webbing on the flower (although I found a large arthropod on it after discovering the webbing) and because my other plants have these same black spots
Looking for some input. This philo is fairly new to my house. Bought off of marketplace and it was outdoors on a screened in patio. North Carolina is pretty hot and muggy. I treated for pest and quarantined in our bathroom fora couple of weeks under grow lights. Since then we’ve moved it into the living room (5days or so) and put it on a trellis my hubby made for me. It is near a north facing window and a vent that I’ve redirected. Added lights since it’s not the ideal facing window. Humidity nearby is usually around 50%. But … leaves are yellowing and it’s lost a few in the last couple of days. I understand they sometimes have a fit about being moved but it did fine in the bathroom. There is some scarring and old damage that I’ve come to accept. But dang it this thing has me stumped. It’s in a 5 in plastic pot which is an inch larger than its root ball.
Hi plant friends! i’ve seen an increase of these around my house, and I’m not sure what they are. They don’t move particularly fast, but I am concerned they might be coming from my 200 plants? 😬 Help! Edit: this photo is zoomed in. This guy is absolutely itty-bitty. Think like the size of a pinhead.
HELP!!! I found the culprit in my White Star! What is it and how do I get rid of it?? 😭
Help!!!!!! So the other day I noticed webbing on one of my plants… I pulled it aside and checked and found a spider mite of course and note** IT WAS FORSURE A SPIDER MITE… I used insecticidal soap and sprayed it down and washed it while keeping it quarantined. I have found Spider-Mite eggs on the leaves since however I don’t see anymore spider mites I think. Since then I have only found 1 small web so I sprayed again and when looking through my microscope and see these bugs but TO ME they look almost more like thrips…. Through the microscope, I can see these bugs (see pics below) but only ONE thing that looks like it could be a thrips egg. I see nothing else like it on the plant or other leaves… I assumed there would be more eggs if they are thrips? I looked at several leaves and only found this one. but I did found a bunch of spider mite eggs and since there were webs and I know what I first found was a spider mite but now what is the likely hood that I also have thrips? Idk if this image of the thrip egg is something else that just looks like an egg and I have spider mites OR if this egg is determining that I also have thrips… please give me your opinions!
Scale or scar? Is this some kind of scale/pest or just a scar on the underside of my diffenbachia plant. Pictures are top and backside of the same leaf
Any ideas? Stunted growth and dropped all the bottoms leaves pretty quick, yellowed but not too crispy. Root rot?
Is my philo not happy or is this normal?
