Itâs turning yellower by the week and now i noticed today it has these leaves, it had one awhile back but i didnât think anything of it now itâs a whole bunch! đ Also it gets good sunlight, i follow the care routine, it also has two growing babies. Any thoughts? Thanks!
help! I have never owned a plant before, but my mother gave me this 7 days ago , (2nd picture is when I took it home) once I get it home, my boyfriend light it on fire because he said it helps with regrowth?!?! I didnât get a chance to research anything before he did it⌠the 1st picture is immediately after he burnt it and the third is what it looks like now đŠ This plant is from my grandfatherâs funeralâŚ. Iâve been reading a bunch about it but what are your thoughts?? We put in super thrive after he burned it and put water in it. Weâve just been watering every so often so far. We have been keeping him in our sunroom, in the corner with no direct sunlight. It stays pretty humid / warm in there throughout the day! I did notice the pot only has 3 very small drain holesâŚ.
Does anyone know what I would be doing wrong or whatâs happening to my Golden Pothos? The leaves are droopy and the stem is not as stiff as the others.
My cat palm leaves are turning yellow and have brown spots. I got the plant about 2 weeks ago. Any advice?
I was told the occasional mushroom in a potted plant is fine, since theyâre a sign of healthy (or very wet) soil, but I opened my bag of potting mix and found stringy mushrooms mingled in with the soil. Should I throw the whole bag away? What should I do? Also, I identified one of them as a pleated inkcap, but I donât know the other one (below).
Do these work for vegetables in pots also

Does anyone know why I havenât been having the best luck with my philodendron. Got it about 2 weeks ago, itâs in good indoor sun, and watered every week. One by one the smaller leaves get watery and slimy then dry out and go limp. On the bigger leaves Iâm noticing just small parts of the leaves go dry.
My Pilea is not doing well. It has light, and it was reported in the same pot but with some new soil. This pot does not have drainage but itâs been in this pot for two years and doing well. Just before a big move it was unhappy and then after the move she got REALLY unhappy.
I NEED HELP! the leaf on this stem wasnât doing good a couple of months ago so I chopped it. But now Iâm wondering if I should have cut the whole stem off or is a new leaf going to grow out of this chopped stem. I noticed it starting to brown. Not sure what this is. I think itâs Freesia, but not positive. At one point in time it used to be very full and green and was even blooming a little bit. Recently, it was not so full and green, but did bloom a little. I would like it to be back to being full green and blooming well, any suggestions?
