One of my ficus has had this since I got her about a year ago. It hasnât sprouted any new leaves and I feel like itâs because this little piece got stuck or never finished growing. Should I cut it off? Is there anything I can do for it? She otherwise very healthy, sheâs been repotted (about 4 months ago?), and doesnât show any signs of root rot.
Hi all! Iâm having some issues with gnats from my plants when they get watered? Iâve opted to use watering bulbs and thatâs reduced it a lot since the stop soil isnât moist. But unsure how to completely get rid of it. Would I need to just repot with new soil?
Iâve seen these over the last few weeks in the soil of my Dieffenbachia. Iâve heard mixed responses as to what they may be (friend or foe) and recently Iâve noticed more of them, especially after watering. *they curl up when touched it that helps Any idea what they may be? Any solutions for getting rid of them? Should I isolate this plant as to not infect my others? Any help would be greatly appreciated đ
Suggestions on what to do for aloe plant grown out of pot.
My arborvitaeâs turning brown. Planted in April
hello friends <3 iâm very new to taking care of plants, and i was unaware of how fast my maidenhair fern could deteriorate!!! she was doing so well the first few weeks i had her!!! she was sprouting new fronds like crazy. I misted her leaves twice a day and watered her lightly every other day with cycled deep waters. i forgot to water her for three days, and now her fronds are curling and browning. is this from lack of water or maybe a moisture change? weâve had the windows open the past two days and there has been a gentle breeze. i checked her roots and there are no signs of rot⊠so iâm really at a loss. i saw she was declining yesterday and gave her a good soak. she hasnât seem to have gotten better or worse. any feedback really helps! i wanna keep her alive and thriving â€ïžâđ©čâ€ïž

DISEASE ID HELP đ„ș I bought this evening primrose (oenothera fruticosa) at a native plant sale last year. Itâs a perennial native to Maryland. Both this year and last year, it seems to have some sort of disease that causes the leaves to turn red and eventually die. Some of the flowers have been deformed as well. Help!
Why are the leaves turning yellow? Iâm not sure if this plant needs a lot of light.

I recently moved my calathea from Florida to Texas (indoor plant) a few months ago, and now itâs bottom leaves keep turning yellow and curling in. Iâve lost three already and hereâs two more.. can anyone help?! Iâm new to plants and I feel so lost on how it help it!
đ!! I bought a gardenia bonsai online and she arrived about a week ago. She initially had a lot of buds, but they start to wilt and soon as they open and look like this (see photo) within a day of opening. She also had a few yellow leaves and I donât think there are any more now than there were a week ago. I know gardenias are sensitive, so maybe she just needs some time to recover from the shipping and to get used to the new environment? I have her in indirect sunlight in a room that gets a ton of light. But whatâs worrying me is that when I tried to use a moisture meter by her roots, I couldnât even push it in there. The akadama around her is very loose and the water runs off immediately, but Iâm concerned nothingâs actually making it to her roots. Under different circumstances, Iâd take a look at her roots and repot her if needed. But since sheâs so delicate, Iâm concerned Iâll just do more damage. Does anyone have any advice? Thanks ahead of time! đđŒ
