I got this cactus a few weeks ago and it came with this brown spot, i was told it might be rot and discovered that it was, so I removed the infected area. Now I am wondering the next steps, should I just let it be and see how it goes or do something else?

😭 Okay so I have a money tree with 5 trunks. I noticed 3 of them were soft & so I repotted it & cut out the mushy roots to avoid the spread of root rot. Now a couple weeks later, 1 of my 2 remaining healthy trunks has gone soft, and leaves are drooping, yellowing, and falling off. I’m worried the soil I put it in is no good? What do I do now? 😓

Hello All - New to plants & looking for some help please. Purchased this plant when I moved into my new office 3 months ago. Repotted it & she appeared to be happy & growing. Pruned her lightly to help with shape. Over the last couple weeks she seems to be struggling & dropping leaves. Not sure if this is due to decreased sunlight in the winter, me messing up the watering schedule/amount, or something else. Any advice would be great. Thank you!

HELP! I put my plant outside on the days when it was warmer in the 70’s and now my spiral plant has a lot of brown spots and my vine is dying. Can I save these and is it because I put them outside?

I thought my silver inch plant was doing great as the hanging leaves are gorgeous and look happy until I took it down to rearrange some plants and noticed a bunch of dead leaves in the middle of the pot and that it looks like the roots are thinning and dying just before they enter the soil. Some had already separated from the plant bc the root thinned so much it wasn’t attached to anything. If you zoom in on the second pic you should see it better. Any idea what’s going on? It’s not planted deep enough? I cleaned it up and added some of the pieces that fell off or weren’t connected anymore to a jar to propagate.

Recently, I have noticed some of my plants to be slow growing and loosing leaves by yellowing. I’m not sure if it’s a soil, temperature, watering, or disease issues. I keep all my plants in my bedroom and I don’t keep my vent open because heat would be directly on them. I use tap water and I was using Dr. Earth Pump & Grow Liquid-Concentrate Organic Plant Food Fertilizer until I ran out and it hasn’t been in restock since. I have resorted too Miracle Gro’s fertilizer. I have also used their houseplant soil with a mix of perlite and orchid park from my local Lowe’s. If anyone has suggestions for fertilizers, soil mixes, temperatures, or anything I’m open to hearing them! P.S. I’m currently on Vacation so I will update them once I return.

Help identifying this problem on my beloved Pilea. Pest/disease/fungus? I did see a few small white bugs crawling around, not many - thrips or aphids maybe?

Help! My NJoy Pothos and Jade pothos are new to my plant family. I went away for the weekend for the holidays and I’ve come home to them being severely wilted and I’m not sure they are going to make it. Can anyone make any suggestions on how I can save these babies.

Hi all! New to plant caring so I’m not sure what to do here. When I got this dieffenbachia back in August it was beautiful for about two months until my partner set it outside while we battled with fruit flies (from another plant) and since then it has slowly been drying out and become extremely brittle. We’ve watered it regularly to every few days to prevent it from overwatering. I’ve moved it away from the window and door in case it’s getting too cold and poked some holes in the soil in hopes it aerates a bit. Any thoughts or suggestions on bringing this back to life?

Hi I took on this Cordyline to see if I could get it healthy. 2 treatments of neen oil have not slowed down the progression of these white spots. Any suggestions would help.

Any recommendations for keeping fruit flys away from my plant?

I got this hybrid tea rose as a gift 1-2 weeks ago. I’m not familiar with these, but I’ve watered it once, once the soil felt dry. I’ve already pulled off some sprigs of yellow leaves, but I’m sad the blooms are drying and falling already. Is this just the normal cycle of a rose or am I doing something wrong?

I have a small Mexican Key Lime tree that I’ve been caring for since the summer. It was placed outside during the warm weather in full sun and thrived, almost doubling its size in a matter of months. It’s now inside for the winter under a grow light (12 hrs of light) and was gradually acclimated to the indoor setting. I forgot to water it while it was inside and it dropped its leaves. It has recovered and started flowering before producing some new leaves. Wondering when I could prune this plant, since all the new leaves are at the top now. Hoping to encourage it to regrow leaves lower down.

HELP!! Can someone please tell me what is wrong with my snake plant and how to fix it. The fact that it’s so circular makes me think something like fungus, but of course googling in gives me like five different possibilities. This is currently only on two leaves, each in different little groupings of the same pot
can I save the rest of the plant from this đŸ™đŸ»đŸ™đŸ»

Hey! đŸ„° My mum has gifted me a Pink Calla but more so try and save! I have never had pests before - thank god - however, after inspecting the soil i can see HUNDREDS of tiny lil bugs. I’ve done my best to take a photo lol but they were so small my camera didn’t want to focus on them. Any ideas what these are and any advise on how to get rid of them?? The plant literally only has one leaf left and she thought it was a light issue but now i’m guessing it’s these lil critters. Pls help lol

Can anyone help
my Alocasia zebrina just slowly seems to be dying, I changed the soil when I first got it and gave it a good feed as it was already in a sorry state. I have been misting and moving to the bathroom when it’s steamy.
