Hello! I am a new plant parent and was feeling ambitious and got a fiddle leaf fig 😣 (big mistake). One stem is leaning, the bottom leaves look dropped to me, and I’m worried it’s not happy. I’ve only watered it once since buying it 7 days ago as it was bone dry from Home Depot. I don’t know if it has root rot, needs pruning, a bigger pot? I’m doing my best with a humidifier, indirect light, and pebble tray (water isn’t touching bottom of pot) to make it happy. Any advice is welcome!

Ok, pardon the gross picture of this bug that flew from my plant onto a cup. Is anyone familiar with it? I added cinnamon to the top of the soil and am planning to do a peroxide “wash”/watering. Hoping to hear it (and it’s friends that I imagine are there 😖) will go away 😩

I’m not not sure if I need to water him more or it needs more sun but his leaves 🍃 are falling out or is that normal for this type of plant please help ! 🤍🪴

my cornstalk dracaena has wrinkly leaves and some brown tips as well as a few brown spots. any advice?

Hey everyone, I recently bought this bird of paradise and it appeared to be in fairly rough shape. I just watered it yesterday based on Planta’s suggestion. What more can I do to help it? It lives inside by a window, but I leave it outside for a few hours after I water it for direct sunlight.

I just moved and the landlord gave me this plants. I didn’t know their names, but I guess this one is a Jade Plant. I’m wondering why some leaves seem eaten, I don’t want this innocent plant to die ;( can someone tell me if I can do something about it?

My new PPP’s leaf is starting to yellow, I have her in a south facing window, I repotted her into something a little taller but not wider today. Any suggestions? I got from someone on one of the local mom groups a few days ago and am trying to rehab her.

i got this beautiful cissus about a month ago and it was full and very healthy, but recently the leaves have been wilting and falling off and i don’t know why, i water it when i’m supposed to and it gets pretty good light. does anyone have some advice or tips for me?

I accidentally over watered my peace Lilly and I did everything I was supposed to but it still looks really sad and there where a whole bunch of yellow dead leave. Will she come back 😢

what’s going on with my corn plant? i thought it might be fungal infection so i cut some parts of the leaves off, but it didn’t seem to help. there’s golden pothos planted right below it, and it seems unaffected by whatever is happening to the corn plant. i was gifted this plant for my birthday and i really want to fix it, so if anyone has advice i’d really appreciate it

My monstera is rotting/ getting dry i'm not sure but its turning even more brown should i leave it chop off that side of the leaf chop off the whole leaf and leave the stem or chop off everything. PS it also is not unrolling any more

So I’ve trimmed my Pothos about 2 months ago and it’s seems very stagnant, any recommendations on getting it to grow?

Morning ya’ll! I realized one of my struggling plants has spider mites. I tried treating it and it seems to have made it look 10 times worse. Is it salvageable? Should I just cut off the new growth and start fresh?

So I rescued this plant from IKEA yesterday and I am very new to taking care of plants. I grabbed this one and that is when I learned about more things this plant can have. I am just doing a status check on it. Meanwhile, this is mainly what I am concerned about. Does it look okay? (Going to re-pot soon, getting soil soon! :)
