Are all mushrooms okay? I’ve heard in the past mushrooms can mean healthy soil but this type of mush is new to me 😆

one light colored and one dark colored dead spot on the base of my monstera - overwatering possibly? outdoor plant under an oak tree in missouri.

Help. Ants! Really though, I have ants in the soil of my fiddle leaf fig. It’s time to bring it inside for the season from my porch and I’m not sure what to do about them. They are 100% little black “sugar ants” (idk if that’s the real name, it’s what we’ve always called them). They aren’t hurting the plant, but I can’t bring them in. Would DE potentially work sprinkled on top of the soil? I’m financially in a tough spot so I’d prefer not to change the soil unless I must.

Hello! I desperately need help with this dang plant. So I’ve had a mini rose for two years now, named it Thorn In my A**, because it has been exactly that. I moved it outside this summer and it LOVED IT. Never had that many roses and thick stems. Well, I think I should of brought it back inside a few weeks ago as it got cooler and probably watered it better because I kind of forgot and a bunch of leaves dried up, fell off and some are yellow. Well we had thunderstorms for 3 days so it got lots of water. I repotted and refreshed the soil soil, watered it again because of the repot, then brought it inside. Two days later a couple of the leaves are half bright yellow developing in the center/lower portion of the leaf. Did I overwater it? Could it be transplant shock? Some of the roots got torn off from heavy chunks of soil when I refreshed it, but not a lot. Also, and the most important… Any tips for keeping this thing alive through the winter?! Thank you for any help!

Hello, does anyone know why the leaves on my false shamrock are discolored and/or turning white? Any advice is much appreciated.

I’ve had this corn plant for almost a year and it hasn’t grown an inch. It’s deep green but has curling leaves and brown tips. Does anyone have any insights on how to encourage growth?

What is wrong with my guy? I just got him about a week ago. He was sitting in water. I repotted. He was gorgeous! 😩😩😩😩😩😩help!

hi y’all! so about a year and a half ago i got a clipping of a spider plant from my teacher and it was pretty small then. since then it’s grown pretty well, but it hasn’t gotten that distinctive stripe that i know should be on the leaves. i water it regularly, keep it in my windowsill, repotted it about two months ago, and have only used liquid fertilizer once. i also have a few burnt edges :// is this normal or should i do something? if yes, then what should i do? thanks!

hi! recently repotted my philodeneron that had mold in its soil that was affecting it! the new soil is from miracle grow. recently these strands have been yellowing over the past week and i’m not sure what to do! do i cut these? are these worth salvaging? is the whole plant at risk? what can i do to better the health of the whole plant and prevent other strands from yellowing?

Hi, I have a few Umbrella plants pots. I got them because they are low maintenance and a beginner like me can keep them alive. The leaves on a couple of them though, are sticky now and they do not look happy. One of my friends recommended washing the leaves with water and soap. Which I did 5-6 times. But the stickiness is not gone. And I can see very tiny bugs attached to the leaves as well. I have to scrape them off. Please is there a solution for this? Thanks, Leila

Hi! Does anyone have any advice for plant shock after repotting? I’ve never experienced this before. It’s for my White Princess Philodendron, she’s wilted and has a few yellow leaves that started about 4 days after repotting and seems to be getting worse. I appreciate any advice.

Hi :) I Hope you are having a great day. I just noticed my pothos n joy has mushrooms growing on it. Besides the fact that they are unpleasant to look at, I wonder if they are toxic/dangerous in any way. Should I get rid of the plant or what do you recommend I do to get rid of the mushrooms? Hi, I got this Orchid a few weeks ago even though I know they are hard to keep alive because I like how they look so much. All the beautiful flowers fell off at the top and all new growth stopped please help with any suggestions or comments. I would be very grateful for any advice.

Help!! I found this white bug inside my Tradescantia plant and I have no idea what it is. It was a pretty big size and I just smashed it with my spray bottle. Does anyone know what it is?? My plant is inside a nursery pot that was inside a decorative pot. Sorry this is the only picture I got of the bug. It was whiteish with antennas.
