I’ve had this plant for a little while now and it was doing great. It started growing new buds and growing taller but now it’s yellowing and getting squishy. I use to have three stalks but had to remove one since it got too squishy. Does anyone know what’s wrong? Am I able to save this or should I send him to the graveyard 🪦 I really have been trying to save the little guy especially since he’s been trying to grow new friends.

This is one of my pride propagations. My White Princess Philodendron. Originally there were two solid white leaves and the one half and half. She seems to be holding steady in the soil but the two white leaves are wilted and brownish. They aren’t hard or brittle. She isn’t in direct light and there is actually a new white leaf sprouted. Someone else told me that it’s normal for the all white leaves to do that as they are much more delicate and do not absorb the nutrients from light sources the way green leaves do. Thoughts? I don’t want to lose her. She is one of my favorites.

I had this in the window when the brown spots popped up. I’ve had it about 3 weeks and watered twice and was thinking the sun burned it and moved it away about 6 ft and there are more popping up ???

Anyone else have a Bird of Paradise who’s new leaf gets caught/doesn’t open? Don’t see any type of infestation and her soil seems good for a tropical plant (moist but well draining). She is scheduled to be reported, but thought it’d be best to do it once she was in full form. Did a little research online and have been misting her regularly. It’s been almost 2 months since the leaf first made an appearance. If it’s still not open in a week, I’ll add a humidifier to the mix. Read about running a wet sponge up the stall and leaf, but super hesitant about manually opening her… She looks like she plopped on the Sorting Hat but now doesn’t want to take it off. 😆 Any advise would be awesome! Thank you!

Hello! I got this arrowhead from Lowe’s in the clearance section. The soil was in some pretty rough shape, and the roots were all cramped up. The plant is tipping to the right, what does this mean and how to I help him - or her, I haven’t decided yet. 😆

Do you think this could be caused by over watering ?

I received this silver dragon as a gift. The soil is still damp but I don’t know what’s happening to some of the leaves? It also came with some sort of water stains on the leaves. Please help!

i’ve been watering my plants like normal, and these past two weeks everytime i go to water them. these tiny gnats come off of them, but i keep all of my plants inside. i’m not sure why they’re going on my plants, but i just want to know how to get rid of them.

Help!! There are definitely fungus gnats I’ve been battling all summer. Insecticide and yellow sticky traps have been working but I haven’t been able to completely end them. Dr. Plants says the leaves could be looking like this from too little sunlight, so I’ve moved her closer to the window now. Is there anything else I should be worried about? Or cutting off the yellow parts? I’m definitely going to step up sunlight and gnat treatments.

Recently my plant has started to go brown/yellow. Some of the leaves I pulled off were a little crunchy. Anyone have any ideas as to what could be going on? I can’t tell if it’s overwatered or under watered.

Hi, I have a spider plant that I had rescued. I recently separated him into 3 individual plants as he was fully root bound. I am now having the plant tip over. He seems to be growing too tall and not putting his leaves out enough. I have him supported currently. Any tips?
