Hello,
I have a plant that is looking a little weird. I Dr.Plantaed it and it said it was because of no drainage but I suspect is is something else. Does anybody know what this is/how to fix it?? Help would be very much appreciated, thanks!

First off, Iām a newbie to houseplants, gardening, etc. Iāve kept succulents for over the past year and just last month decided to branch out to houseplants. Other than the issue Iām having with this current plant, Iām loving having and caring for my plants.
So my problem Plant⦠Iāve had this Dracaena Compacta for about two weeks. Ordered it from House Plants Shop. The plant itself looked gorgeous and vibrant on the first two days; although, the soil was super dried out and was crumbling off when I lifted it out itās nursery planter to examine the roots. So I watered it on day one and decided to see what happens with the soil issue.
Day three, I noticed the leaves, starting from the center (stem) of the plant, where turning very dark brown. I did the plant diagnosis on this app and it stated it was possible from lime water, so I removed all the damaged leaves and watered it with distilled water trying to flush out the soil.
Although, the problem seemed to slow, it still persisted. So after a week, I was concerned that maybe it was root rot because it was starting from the stem of the plant. So, I decided to check the roots again and repot in better soil. The roots looked healthy and light in color, so I didnāt think it could be root rot. As a precaution, I decided to spray the roots with a diluted mixture of peroxide and water that I read about online. Again, seeming to slow the issue but still persisting.
This morning, I noticed more brown on the stem and on the leaves, so I pulled the damaged leaves and decided to do the diagnosis again. This time the diagnosis was overwatering. It was watered 3 days ago, and the soil is still moist. The app suggested to inspect the roots, remove any damaged, let the root ball sit of a paper towel or towel to dry out, and then repot in new potting soil with better drainage.
I havenāt done any of that yet. Right now, I have it outside trying to help dry up some of the soil while I do more research. Because the symptoms have been the same for the last two weeks, I just donāt know which direction to go in order to save this plant. I will check the roots again, but I am worried Iām handling the plant too much. Also, I was wondering if I should attempt pruning down the stem to remove all the damage. I think that still being attached to the plant may be why the problem is persisting, but Iām worried Iāll remove too much of the stem and ultimately end up killing it anyway.
Also, I only water it with distilled water.
Any help would be greatly appreciated!!
P.s I apologize about writing a book lol I wanted to include as much info as possible in hopes of getting as much help as possible.

Does anyone know why this is happening and how to fix it . I got this new monstera yesterday from home depot and i saw the wanky leaf and thought it was just severely dehydrated because the soil was so dry. I got home saw it was root bound repotted it and watered it. this morning it wasn't perked up and i inspected for pests but there were none i treated the leaves anyways . It also has part of the leaf thats bent side ways. it also has some crispy brown spots on some of the edges and random brown spots in the middle of the leaf.

Hi, everyone! I treated my desert rose with neem oil two or three days ago because it was near another plant that has thrips. It was looking healthy, but I thought it would be best because of its proximity to the sick plant. Now it looks dreadful! The leaves are pocked and totally dry in some places. Was the solution too strong? Is this a coincidence? What can I do?
Thank you for any advice!

Verrucosum Amazon sunset - what could be causing this? I ruled out spider mites, thrips and mealies - itās just these two newest leaves that look like this - all the other ones are dark green and super healthy.

Okay peeps. I see all these thriving mini monsteras, and mine used to be thriving until an unfortunate accident with my father putting a heater too close to itā¦
Anyway, I propagated 4 leaves a YEAR ago and this is all the growth it has pushed out since then :/
I think I need to increase watering since itās been drying out pretty quickly, but other than that I donāt know what to do! Any tips are appreciated!

So two days ago this plant was absolutely beautiful and healthy. Yesterday I noticed that itās leaves were all pointing down and droopy. Looked like overwatering to me so I took it out of the pot to check the roots. Roots were fine but as I was checking, almost all of the leaves, about eight or nine, fell off. I repotted it and stuck a Tampax in the soil. Have no clue what happened. Didnāt water it any differently and didnāt move it. Any thoughts?
