Is this a pest or problem?
Does anyone know whatâs causing this or how I stop it? Some leaves have fallen off and I really want to save this plant as itâs sentimental
hi friends! i just bought a money tree today, hope it works lol, and it has little speckles on it as if itâs dying , anyone got any suggestions? thanks so much!
Hello! I am trying to grow bell peppers but every time I get them to the flower stage the flowers just wilt. Does anyone know what I can do? I am wondering if itâs the pot they are in.
Help whatâs happening with my fiddle leaf fig and pothos D: I have suspicions it may be spider mites only bc my anthurium had webbing on the flower (although I found a large arthropod on it after discovering the webbing) and because my other plants have these same black spots
Looking for some input. This philo is fairly new to my house. Bought off of marketplace and it was outdoors on a screened in patio. North Carolina is pretty hot and muggy. I treated for pest and quarantined in our bathroom fora couple of weeks under grow lights. Since then weâve moved it into the living room (5days or so) and put it on a trellis my hubby made for me. It is near a north facing window and a vent that Iâve redirected. Added lights since itâs not the ideal facing window. Humidity nearby is usually around 50%. But ⊠leaves are yellowing and itâs lost a few in the last couple of days. I understand they sometimes have a fit about being moved but it did fine in the bathroom. There is some scarring and old damage that Iâve come to accept. But dang it this thing has me stumped. Itâs in a 5 in plastic pot which is an inch larger than its root ball.
Hi plant friends! iâve seen an increase of these around my house, and Iâm not sure what they are. They donât move particularly fast, but I am concerned they might be coming from my 200 plants? đŹ Help! Edit: this photo is zoomed in. This guy is absolutely itty-bitty. Think like the size of a pinhead.
HELP!!! I found the culprit in my White Star! What is it and how do I get rid of it?? đ
Help!!!!!! So the other day I noticed webbing on one of my plants⊠I pulled it aside and checked and found a spider mite of course and note** IT WAS FORSURE A SPIDER MITE⊠I used insecticidal soap and sprayed it down and washed it while keeping it quarantined. I have found Spider-Mite eggs on the leaves since however I donât see anymore spider mites I think. Since then I have only found 1 small web so I sprayed again and when looking through my microscope and see these bugs but TO ME they look almost more like thripsâŠ. Through the microscope, I can see these bugs (see pics below) but only ONE thing that looks like it could be a thrips egg. I see nothing else like it on the plant or other leaves⊠I assumed there would be more eggs if they are thrips? I looked at several leaves and only found this one. but I did found a bunch of spider mite eggs and since there were webs and I know what I first found was a spider mite but now what is the likely hood that I also have thrips? Idk if this image of the thrip egg is something else that just looks like an egg and I have spider mites OR if this egg is determining that I also have thrips⊠please give me your opinions!
Scale or scar? Is this some kind of scale/pest or just a scar on the underside of my diffenbachia plant. Pictures are top and backside of the same leaf
Any ideas? Stunted growth and dropped all the bottoms leaves pretty quick, yellowed but not too crispy. Root rot?
Is my philo not happy or is this normal?

I have fungus gnats :( does anyone have a good remedy? I have sticky traps & just started using mosquito dunks to kill the larvae⊠I have heard they are super hard to get rid of. Anyone have any tips?
My prayer plant has been under the weather recently - was fine and then had sticky leaves and now drooping. No sign of webs or mites. Any advice welcome thanks
Plant doctor asap, I picked up this lavender today on sale and was wondering if itâs still alive and able to be saved? (Indoors)
My golden pathos has had some problems ever since I switched its pot. Itâs made of porcelain and the bottom does not come off, but I can easily dump the water out when thereâs buildup at the bottom. This plant was in a basket with no drainage and once I switched over to this pot leafs started turning yellow and Iâve lost about seven so far. Itâs about 2 feet away from one window and 12 feet away from the other window so it has a mid range of lighting, not too much not too little. I need HELP on what to do!!
Whatâs wrong with my left (first photo) and right (second photo) cactus? Itâs getting soft and wet. I had one die before from this same problem :( and Iâd love to save this one.
Found this poor baby dying in one of my classes today, and my instructor allowed me to adopt / rescue it. I have no idea what kind plant this is based on the state itâs in. Iâm probably asking for a lot but could anyone possibly identify what type of plant this is? My instructor said it was some type of succulent but has no idea the name of it. I donât even know if itâs possible to save it at the current state itâs in or if I should cut it and hope it will regrow into something better. What is yâallâs advice for saving this little guy?
Hello! Can anyone help identify the issue with this Philo McDowell? It had been doing great, 3 weeks ago I came back from 10 day vacation and saw some very minor spider mites, which I treated and have not seen again but the leaves have these spots on them. Looked at under a magnifying glass and they arenât moving like an insect or anything. One leaf has some damage and an almost an iredescent look. Thank you!
