When I first purchased this little oxalis, it was a dark purple color. Now, ever since it’s bloomed, it keeps getting brighter and more red/pink. Is this a normal part of its life cycle? Or is it sun stressed or getting improper water? What do you think?

Hi! I recently got this spotted begonia and after 3 days of it being in its new home it started dropping healthy leaves. The soil is moist but not wet, it’s next to a humidifier, about 2 feet away for a south west facing window, and temps are 65-75 degrees. Does anyone know what could be causing this? My best guess is shock to it new environment. I’m attempting to propagate the fallen leaves. Is that possible with begonia leaves?

Hiya, i have a ficus bonsai that i recently was gifted. Now, i am a novice plant carer but could use a few tips for how to care for him! His leaves are a little yellower and turning brownish since having him. I try to not water too frequently and it’s been warm here and i’m trying to keep him from getting scorched but i feel like i’m failing!

My money plant grew and then stopped. It obviously got sick. I cut it back and I now hoping I can save it. I moved it from the west end to the south side of my house. I used the six month fertilizer. I really hope I can save my baby. Pics below are before and after

I am a novice who has thrown herself into the deep end with all things plants. This Fiddle Leaf Fig, aka Figgy, was discounted so I know she needs some TLC. My question is this, Figgy’s roots are showing, does that mean she needs to be repotted? I looked online but I found conflicting answers. TIA!

I was given this plant by a friend because they were killing it. At first it just looked under watered and diseased. This morning I noticed what I think are thrips in the soil. How do I get rid of them?

I love this plant immensely, but it was drowning from being accidentally overwatered. I reported it but it has still been deteriorating significantly. Is it too far gone or is there still a chance to save it?

Hey everyone! Im new to gardening and I have some questions about Neem oil. I recently bought a citrus tree and I have noticed fine webbing on the branches. I’m not 100% sure if it’s spider mites but I want to treat it with Neem oil just in case. How many times should it be applied to my plants and can it be applied directly to the soil?

My corn plant has really been struggling lately and I’m not sure what’s up. I’ve had it for a couple of years and it’s always been very green with strong leaves but over the past several months (beginning in late autumn) its top leaves have started to turn tan/get translucent and it’s bottom leaves, although green, are always wilted.
For some context, this all started while it was cold out so the plant was indoors and under a grow light until about mid-April.
It’s now out on my porch in the shade. I’ve changed its soil (roots looked good - bright orange - when I did that) and am watering it about once every 7 days although it gets watered more frequently if it rains in between.

I’ve got some spots on my dracaena. Any idea what this is? Fungus gnats? The spots are only on top leaves close to crown. The plant is otherwise healthy.

Hey! Do we think this could be mosaic? I had an adansonii with mosaic that I destroyed, and now I’m paranoid that all the other plants I watered with or near it are going to get it :(

Has anyone had success keeping a Begonia Chlorosticta alive? I just got a baby plug that all but 1 leaf melted away within the first week of putting it in its new dome home. Got activated charcoal at base and layered pearlite then aroid mix near top. I think it might be a goner but thought i’d reach out to any advanced Begonia people out there. I’ve heard they like to melt whenever transplanted. But if i’m doing something wrong please tell me! 🙏🏻🌿

I repotted my rubber tree last week and two of the leaves are yellowing and have this black deterioration of the leaves. It’s not wet of mushy at all. Just pits of black. Does anyone know what this is?
