I got a new mini monstera about a week ago. I got it with wet soil and havent watered since, but i noticed these dark brown spots with yellow rings beginning to form? I think its spreading to other leaves, im not too sure. Is this a form of root rot or fungal infection? And if so, how do i fix it so it doesnt continue to spread to the other leaves?

This is my maranta and although I’ve been growing plants for many years I have never come across this. The leaves have grown very thin and the colour and lines are pale. If you turn over the leaves they are grayish in colour, not the beautiful maroon it would have. It doesn’t change if I try to wash it off. I’ve search the internet for answers but nothing is jumping out. The roots are healthy with no rot so this is a leaf problem. Anyway, the damage is extensive and I don’t know if I can get a clean cutting. Until I find an answer I don’t really want to introduce another one.

My large pony tail palm keeps getting dark brown leaves. I have tried trimming but they just come right back. I am watering according to schedule and making sure not too wet when time to water. He is right by the window with a sheer curtain in between. I moved away from the window at one point but still did the same thing. Any advice?

Hi, I’m wondering if anyone would know why my plant is going yellow in spots? A new leaf just came up recently and it had the yellow spots before the leaf full opened.

Hello. Can anyone tell me how to get rid of fruit flies around my pothos? Not sure if they are causing any damage as of yet but they are very annoying

Crop circles on my Neon Pothos 🛸👽 What on earth could’ve caused this?! Looks like it’s the only leaf affected but there’s some brown goo on the underside I’ve noticed too.

Help! What are these little white bugs crawling on my monstera? I only see them on the new leaf (which grew in kind of dead, not great), not on the other two that are original to the cutting I received back in April. I quickly did a spray of insecticidal soap, and hours later still saw a couple so gave another spray. I know the picture quality isn’t great but based on this can anyone advise if they’re aphids, white flies, or thrips? Never had any of those before so not sure best way to treat🫣😖😰

I don’t have a picture at the moment but, my boyfriend’s pothos is pretty long, but the leafs at, the top mostly, are turning yellow and falling off. Does anyone know what could be wrong with it? What should I do with it?

Help! My mini Esther is in a shaded area of my living room and gets a fair amount of indirect light each day. I’ve been also watering her according to Planta instructions. However, the stems and leaves have been browning and falling off and it’s not growing so it’s lost a lot of volume and length. It’s progressively getting worse. I know once I left it in an inch of water for too long but otherwise I’ve always waited until it’s like 60-80% ish dry before watering it. I read online that it could be under watering, overwatering, or not enough sun, but that Esther’s do better in shade. What am I doing wrong?

Can you guys help me? All the new growth on my creeping Jenny is brown. It is currently hydroponically planted, it used to be in dirt but I ended up with a gnat problem and after some research I found it could plant these hydroponically and it would thrive. Then the brown tips starting showing up and I’m lost, I didn’t read anything about this and all I can find is that it might be taking up to much water? Help please!

I think I have a thrips infestation. This one (first photo) has been struggling but it’s new and I figured it was just do to a lack of water or fertilizer. It has only gotten worse and after looking at it again today I noticed brown dots on all the brown spots. Upon further research I think it is thrips, can anyone confirm? I then went around and noticed small spots on my foliage plants (last photo) on nearby shelves. Only one plant and some cuttings (second photo) are bad and I just tossed them but any suggestions for my other plants? I keep seeing insecticide soap but would neem oil also work here? Thank you so much for the help!

What are these? Hello friends, I was watering my fiddle leaf fig plant today and I noticed some small white and purple pieces in the soil, and when you squeeze them, they kind of pop (see pics below) I’m worried it might be a nest or something. Does anyone know what this could be? I haven’t repotted or changed the soil since I bought it a few months ago from the store. I appreciate it it you help about this

I have a majesty palm that’s struggling. I repotted from the nursery pot five weeks ago and it’s been mostly unhealthy. I’ve watered, but didn’t think too much. The top of the soil is dry and crumbly but the bottom is still moist and the fronds rapidly turned. I think it’s too wet, but how do I fix?
