Help.. is it trips
I’m so sorry this is a bad photo. I have had a few of these hugs around my house. I’m trying to figure out if it is from plants or something else! Any help is great. It is very tiny (a few milliliters) and doesn’t seem to fly.
Does my monstera I just got have Thrips? I’m new to plants and the nursery I got her from said how healthy she was. She used to have spider mites and they got rid of them but they had her for 8 months. She looked fine to me but I just brought her home yesterday and wiped her leaves down today and saw these white things on some leaves. They look like fluffy white spider webs in a way but I sprayed it and wiped it down with neem oil wipes. Any help would be appreciated
Hello! My Golden Pothos seems to always have a handful of leaves with these brown dead spots on them. What causes this? Aside from this, the plants looks great and is steadily growing. Just wondering what I need to change to fix this issue. Thanks!

I’ve taken over care of these Christmas cacti, dad has had them for about 6 years and the big one has never been repotted. It doesn’t smell like root rot but look at her 🥲what do I do? The little one is actually flowering but still crispy. Help! Thank you!
My first alocasia is losing a leaf (classic, i know). I wanted to check w yall what might cause this to catch a problem early. I am aware that thrips live in my home, but i keep them under control as good as i can. Im looking to know if this might be a watering, light or soil issue. I think i might have it logged as the wrong species on planta too lol, there were so many to choose from ToT
Is there any saving this Aloe plant? If so how can I do it?
Hi Everyone, I’m a fairly new plant mom and today I noticed some bugs in my two pothos. I got both two weeks and placed them in my living room along a south wall, so they get indirect light from the north facing windows. Both have chunky soil. They have these tiny white-ish bugs and some other brown-ish centipede-looking bugs crawling in the soil. I hadn’t watered them in the last two weeks because the soil was moist (not sure if that’s a placement issue and/or if that’s contributing to the bug problem). Anyone know what might be happening with my pothos and/or how to get rid of the bugs? 🪴
I was told to put my monstera in a cup of water to help relieve from the current stress it’s under. Please tell me if I’m doing anything wrong! I’m freaking out that my plant might actually die!!! 😭😭😭
Good morning, I hope everyone's day is going well 😊 I was wondering if anyone could help me figure out what is going on with my dragon plant. Thank you so much.
HELP!! The fungus gnats are overtaking me!! Hello! I have been dealing with fungus gnats for at least 6 months now, and I cannot get rid of them!! I’ve made sure my plants drain well, tried mosquito bits, water with peroxide, covered in sand, covered in cinnamon, repotted after rinsing the roots with water and hydrogen peroxide, moved everything to plastic pots, sticky traps, added orchid bark and perlite to my soil, everything I can think of!! Any advice?? What has worked for you? I love my plants so much, but I’m so sick of these dumb bugs!! They are the most attracted to my monstera and my Swiss cheese plant for some reason. Photo for attention
I have a self facing window which my plants were directly in. So I moved them away from that window about two weeks ago and watered these plants about two weeks ago. I noticed a week after the move they started to get a little yellow, so I moved them closer to the window thinking that they miss the light. Now they are starting to get more yellow. Mind you I’ve had these plants for about two-three years so I’m not sure if these are just old leaves leaves dying off off
Follow up to my fungus gnat issue in my snake plant. I went with repotting in all new soil and new pot. I also rinsed off the whole plant and roots. Fingers crossed the gnats are gone and the plant thrives in its new environment. 🤞🏼 Thank you for all the advice!
This Thaumatophyllum is really big. It’s like 4 feet across by 3 feet high, and the leaves are 6 inches across. How do I prune it, or prop it up in some fashion that will make it more beautiful and take up less space? It’s just going wild now.
Sos I adopted this Dracaena and reported it, and it has been slowly dying ever since. Helppp please I need recommendations
Does anyone have tips on getting rid of grasshoppers? They’re eating some of my plants and I’ve tried several things. TIA 🙏🏼🫶🏼
I was about to water my arrowhead plant until I noticed that one leaf had soft and sort of brown area on it. I wondering if this could be root rot? I also wanted to note that this arrowhead does need to be repotted since it not only has two of it in one pot but they’re both getting very big. Should I hold off on repotting so I don’t cause anymore stress to it or should I look further at the roots to see if it has root? Or I should I not be worried at all? I would be surprised if it had root rot since I try to wait as long as I can until the soil is close to or is completely dry.
