There are a lot of white dots on my Asterisk Ivy. It feels almost dusty to the touch as well near the spots. Does anyone know whatâs wrong with it? Or is this something I shouldnât worry about?

Hello! I am a semi-new bamboo palm owner of âZoroâ (if you know One Piece, ;) youâll get it) and as of a few weeks ago, the leaves have been dying off, new stems have been growing weaker and some not even making it past an inch long before browning, and we have noticed some mealy bugs. Any tips! We are desperately trying to save him. Thank you!
Just found a single fungus gnat on a plant placed where the X is. Iâve checked the nearby plants and there are no signs of other pests, but is there anything I should do to prevent the spread? Iâve isolated the infected plant in another room and am treating it with insect control.
I wanted to know what this is on my anthurium and how to help it please đđŒ
Hi friends! Iâm a fairly new plant mom and my BOP is super confusing to me! Some of the leaves have these brown spots but itâs still putting out a new leaf. Itâs actually the second one since I got it two months ago. What am I doing wrong? đ„č
I received this baby alocasia yesterday, the new baby leaf was perfectly healthy. I got home from work today and itâs completely drooped, dried out and looks dead! Iâve watered the plant, will the baby leaf bounce back or not?
Hi there! First sign of growth since adopting my Anthurium Pterodactyl! Is this a leaf or a flower? And if it is a flower, would you recommend cutting it to promote growth for the foliage?
Hey guys what does this mean? đą
Just saw that my sisters plant has scale!! How do I get rid of them??
My teachers peacock calathea is pretty cooked. It had root rot and I have been taking care of it for her ever since. Itâs doing a lot better and putting energy into this specific leaf thatâs almost healed. But should I cut off the dead wilting pieces or should I let it grow? (I cut off dead excess long ago) đ
My peperomia plant has these âbump-likeâ things on some of the stems. Can someone tell me if these are a problem or is that just new growth? I havenât noticed them before.
Hi! I brought my money tree home almost a month ago. Heâs been doing well until I recently noticed leaves from just this bunch are different from the others. The edges of these leaves concern me, along with small brown spot. Hoping itâs just going through a phase and needs a little extra TLC. Any suggestions? Thank you!!
What should I do about my Wandering Jew? I think its full name is tradescantia zebrina, and itâs been very leggy recently. Leaves also keep dying. Iâve had this plant for a few years now and have never had this problem.
Early valentines gift from my hubby, but it keeps molding on top. What does this mean? Why does it keep molding? I constantly change the water out.
So due to current circumstances I canât repot my plants into pots with drainage holes or drill holes in their existing pots. Meanwhile how can I avoid giving them root rot? Iâve been trying to wait longer until watering them, pouring excess water out of their pots, but I donât know if itâs been effective.
Help! I purchased this Peace Lily back in November. Each wee for the last three weeks Iâve lost a single flower that turned brown. Several are now green. What am I doing wrong and how do I keep her healthy?
teeny tiny pest or just small indoor spider? found on an indoor zz plant in missouri
Hi all, Please may someone help with my new addition! A little Monstera adansonii variegated I was bought for my birthday. (18th Jan) (Iâm still new to being a plant mum and still learning all the time). đ± It got delivered by Royal Mail in freezing temps and was left in a box outside for a few hours. Got it inside and it looked so sad and droopy. Itâs perked up a bit now but all the leaves are getting brown patches on, including my new shoot! Wondering if the plants just in shock from the frost? Iâve also just purchased a grow light (3 days ago), I have read that the variegated species need more light as the leaves struggle with photosynthesis. I tend to keep this on for about 6-8 hours a day. And water every 8 days. Is there anything else I should be doing or not doing? Should I just see if the plant improves now with the grow light? Thanks đ±đ
Hey yâall! My Transcendentia Nanouk just started showing these tiny tan spots and areas. Is everything okay? I know itâs not too much water and I have her on my window where she gets bright light (same as my other plants) is there anything else that could be causing this?
