Good morning all,
I hope Someone is able to help me with my coffee plant. I have started watering it with distilled water because I have found out that it's very sensitive to the minerals and things in regular water or even filtered water. But besides the brown tips that are on the leaves from the other water, It is now getting very veiny and yellow on some of the leaves. Also, it looks like it has multiple plants in one pot. Would it be better to separate them all into individual pots? Will that help it grow faster? It has been very slow growing. It gets regular fertilization and lives under a grow light. Thank you in advance for any help and suggestions.🙂

I need help! I went on vacation for about 9 days and placed my Xanthosoma Lindenii near an east-facing window before I left. The window had blinds closed but curtains open, so I’d say it was getting medium light. I watered it right before I left, but when I got back most of the leaves are yellow and crispy :( I suspect it’s due to under watering or too much light?.. we did have a heat wave the last few days before I got home, so maybe the intense sun scorched the leaves and it didn’t have enough water. I had a Calathea right next to it though and it’s totally fine..
Either way, any tips on how to best save this plant?? I already gave it a thorough watering as soon as I returned. Should I just chop back the dead leaves? I am relatively new to plants so any advice is welcome!

Yall im scared.. i am going into shock very soon. My favorite plant at the moment is not doing so good. I’m not doing so good mentally and it’s making me spiral. Please please please help. I can not loose another plant this month. I take it too personally and I feel so responsible. Please anyone out there. This is the third leave she’s lost this week….. she’s fertilized, watered, and pruned all today! I checked her roots and did the small test and she’s all good! I wiped the leaves with isopropyl alcohol
, peppermint castor oil, and neem oil and water! I’m so stressed because I see no pests.. I see no signs on any other leaves. I see no distress on this girl so I’m pleading please anyone with any information on what i can do to fix this.
Ps!.. she’s next to my humidifier in my bright kitchen facing my west facing windows!! My monsteras are doing real good in this as well as my thai monstera and my crawling velvet and so maybe other plants
so idk what else to do!

I have this fern (I think…) that hasn’t been watered in a week and it’s not looking too good. I just watered it, but do you think it’s beyond a point of return?

I’ve had my little ghost since the beginning of May and he had such beautiful leaves. Nowadays his leaves come out extremely leggy and curled inward. I have him on a west facing window and the internal air temp is around 68 degrees. I wonder if I either need a personal grow light for him or if there is another reason. He has drainage as well as well draining soil for succulents. If anyone has any advice I’d love to get my plant back to the way it used to or mainly not like this. Thank you! 😊 the left photo is current and the right is about a few days after I got it

This in my hypoestes and she has one stem fully dying.. if you look along the other stems the new growths are growing in dead or dying aswell. What did I do? It was perfectly fine for months and now it’s all sad

Ordered this plant off Etsy. It’s a Raven ZZ, was doing amazing for a week. I didn’t repot it and placed in a bright spot with indirect sun.
Two days ago I noticed it wilting as if thirsty, I felt the soil and it was bone dry so I gave her a good thorough watering.
Today, she is curling and browning on her prettiest black leaves. I see no signs of pests, any advice?
The humidity is 40% in my home, there’s a possibility it got a tiny bit of sunlight on the leaves but not much

Does anyone know what’s going on with my ficus rubber tree? I have suspicions that my roommate is watering and potentially fertilizing my plants despite having been asked not to touch them. I’m an experienced gardener and I’ve done a bunch of research trying to solve this issue. Despite research, careful, care, and experience the fact that I’m dealing with these issues is confusing.

I bought this “Polka dot” plant and I’m not sure why it’s dying. I had inside and she didn’t like the move so I put her outside after a week. Not sure why she’s not thriving. Anyone?

I just recently went on an extended vacation and left my plants in the care of my partner. I had just gotten my first ever begonia(Rex). It unfortunately didn’t make it until my return. I have many houseplant but I’ve just recently started to become interested in begonias and would like to replace my Rex and get more varieties. Any care advice? Google just gives the same answer for every kind of plant.
