Does anyone know if this red, really fast running bug is harmful to plants? It looks like a spider, but I’m not certain. It’s tiny and just runs around on the leaves and stems. Doesn’t seem to make webbing like spider mites. It’s on my pilea leaf and is a zoomed in pic from my phone.

I am entirely new to plants, so I dont really know what to do. She doesn't look very good, but I don't know if that's just how Rieger Begonias look
what is this white dust that keeps growing on my plants? is it a fungus?
Can anyone help me? I love this baby and don't know how to help. Is there any way it came be saved? Update: I cleaned it off and put it in water with some green stems. I'm so sad.. 😞 Helppp 🥺
Hi everyone! I’m a new plant mom and I could really use some help 🙈🌱 I recently got two Cat Palms, and they’re not looking very healthy. I’m watering them when the top 2 inches of soil feel dry. They’re indoors in my living room and get a few hours of indirect sunlight. I live in North Carolina (in an apartment), and I’m currently using both a heater and a humidifier. I also mist them daily. Could someone please guide me on what I might be doing wrong and how to fix it? I really want to save them 🥺 Thank you in advance!
My pilea keeps dropping off its bottom leavesðŸ˜thought it was just the natural life cycle at first until I realized they don’t grow back! I assume the plant is healthy cause it keeps sprouting up babies in the base but maybe I’ve been giving it too much direct sunlight?
I feel like my sun dew looks a little sad
Does anybody know why the leaves would be turning brown? I have it sitting in the window getting light. And I’m not sure if I’m over watering it,
Hey yall! First time posting on here. I have two cobweb spiderworts in my office. One is a prop from the other, and that one is still the same as last week. Today I came in and out of nowhere, in my main pot both stems are completely horizontal. They’ve been growing vertically like weeds and have been so happy. Is this normal? Or do I need to do something? I actually planned on transplanting it to a new pot today with the other propagation I have, brought all my gear. But I don’t want to transplant if they’re already unhappy (or maybe they need a transplant which is why they’re unhappy?!) Any input is helpful, I’m very new to being a plant owner :) photos are from last week then today.
What is this on my birds nest fern? It was in a sort of sorry state when I got it from the grocery store 4-5 months ago. Since then it has been repotted into chunky soil and growing good new leaves. After not looking at it for a week or two; I come to see this in it. What is it? App says spider mites, but I don’t see any webs, or anything crawling around! What do I do?
my money tree hasn’t been doing great what should i do? it’s getting sun and not overwatering i even changed the soil
I’ve had this Swiss cheese monstera for about 2 months now, its name is Swiss.. Anyways LMFAO, my housemate repotted her and said the soil was rly dry and hot. She seems like she’s been stable since, but I randomly lost 3 leaves over the past 2 weeks due to this issue. She was sprouting 3 new leaves, and now only has 1 that’s still unraveling. Not sure if it was just dry, or if it’s something else. Any tips on helping a monstera flourish?
Please help! I am very new to plants, this is my first one! So turns out i didn’t know what i was getting myself into when I bought a £9 Calathea Zebrina from Ikea. I have a feeling that she may have spider mites, however i can’t actually see the mites, but i don’t really know much about plants to be able to give her the right treatment she deserves! I got her yesterday, haven’t repotted her even though i want to put her in fresh soil, soil is moist so haven’t watered, i just really have no idea what is wrong with her!
SOS SOS SOS SOS SOSSSSSSSSS!!! HEEEEELP!!!!!!!! (Alright I’ll calm down :)) My beautiful peace lily has just flowered, and it’s getting tonnes of new growth. But recently, my mother repotted all the plants (which I’m fine with) but didn’t do the peace lily and instead watered it off schedule. I just watered it yesterday without knowing, then when the base flooded and soaked my carpet I took it out and quickly examined it. Two leaves are suddenly brown, and the cut bits that used to be green at the base is now all dry and brown. Heeeelp!!!!!!!
This one used to be big and nice till it ended up dying, but it came back completely different, what do I do? He uses to be purple not this weird pink and green
Not sure what's going on, he keeps getting yellow leaves and those end up dying.what do i do?
About a week ago I noticed my money tree plant had a fungal infection, and I physically removed all of the fungus and repotted it afterwards. I thought it was doing well until about 2 days ago I noticed its leaves were yellowing. I also forgot to mention that after doing some research I removed a lot of its leaves because had lots of discoloration and didn’t look to be the best about 3-4 days before I posted this. Should I be worried about my money trees health?
Recently purchased a monstera mint, one of the leafs is dying, is this just shock?
Hi Community. I’m looking for a little help with this family of cactus I’ve inherited. One part of the cactus has been facing away from any natural light source and has noticeably sagged. It also seems to be suffering with a thick white mold. I’ve used some cotton buds/q tips to gently scrape at the mold and the flesh of the cactus underneath feels spongy and comes apart easily. I’m a rank amateur so not sure of cause or solution. The rest of the family seems okay for the moment. Any and all advice appreciated. Thanks!
Hey plant people. Can anyone tell me what this is on my monstera? Scale, rust, something else? I’m going in with alcohol, vinegar, peroxide, baking soda, dish soap, scrub brush. Please help me 😅
