🌿Heyy Plant Community🌿 I'm a newbie to the plant world, and have had my Peace Lilly plant for some months. I saw my first bloomed lily start to brown, and I'm not sure why. I'm scared my second bloomed Lilly will do the same.. any insight on why that is? I saw too much water or not enough sunlight for yellow leaves/browning tips which also have been a thing. Actions so far: I would put her in my window seal to try to get a hint of sunlight since the sun doesn't shine directly on it, and todays her water day (I added a before pic)

Does anyone know how to destroy the white mold that grows on top of the soil in my indoor house plants? Will rocks on top of the soil work?

Hi everyone. I am having some trouble with my Calathea. I think I let her get too much direct sun. The AI says it’s overwatering, but the leaves aren’t yellow they got crispy on the edges. I’ve moved her to a place with more indirect light but I’d love other suggestions if that seems wrong. Thanks!!

Hello all! So, I’m trying to propagate my poor pothos and one cutting is going really well and pushing out a lot of roots and the leaves are healthy. But this cutting is confusing me, the leaf is getting progressively yellow but it’s pushing out what looks like growth points and a couple of roots. I’m not sure if it’s worth keeping if the leaf dies off or if that would affect the chance of it rooting and growing more? Thanks!!

Just got a monstera from the store, she’s looking a bit sick. She has brown and yellow spots everywhere. Anyone know what I can do to help her out a little bit?

new plant momma question- just got this bromeliad and its getting brown leaves already- is this normal? I got it last week and its been hot & humid this week, so i put it in a water bath a few days ago. Its perched up by the window and I think its getting enough light, maybe too much? What do I do? 🤷‍♀️

I have this blackberry bush that is doing very well. I noticed it sprouted 2-3 very long stalks one morning. By the afternoon, they looked like this. I watered it some that day (maybe 2 days ago) and fertilized it with liquid fertilizer today per the app. Any advice on what to do is very much appreciated. This is honestly my first time trying to garden so I have much to learn!

Howdy Plant Peeps! I’m in need of some advice. This Echeveria succulent has gotten out of hand. It’s grown so tall it can’t support itself and has what looks like roots sprouting all over the place. I’m curious what others would do with it? Should I repot it? Trim the hairy root things? Any other ideas of how to help this little buddie would be greatly appreciated.

hi guys! I just recently ordered this calathea dottie, she arrived pretty unhappy. I’m not sure what to do. I’m assuming it is from traveling, but the soil is still damp so I don’t think it needs watered or anything. should I chop the leaves that are brown or just leave it and let it do its thing? I’ve heard these plants are sensitive so I’m nervous to do anything wrong lol.

Hey there! Does anyone know what this white stuff is in the top of my orchids soil? And why is it there?

Please help!! I just got this cat tail palm about 5 days ago. I had one leave yellow and start drooping. I noticed one small thripe bug. (play was still in its nursery plastic pot). I gave it a thorough rinse/bath, let it drain, then sprayed insecticide all over the plant. I then repotted with some fresh soil (miracle grow potting soil) Today I’m noticing these little brown egg like things on yellow spotting. Any one have advice? I really want her to thrive!! Sorry for the image quality, I tried my best but they’re super tiny lol

What is these little dry white spot on my Tomato plant? Should I be worried about it?

why is my plants stem weak? i’m going to try to put tooth picks for support, how do i fix this?

I cut this leaf off of my FLF bc it looked rough and the sap was rusty brown instead of white like usual. Any thoughts?
