I have two philodendron verrucosums that were quite healthy but since last autumn or so one of them stopped growing new leaves. It continued to grow taller at quite a steady rate but new leaves will die in cataphylls before it unfurl. Since this spring the other one is starting to do the same, and I lost bout 8 leaves in total like this. One of them ended up growing new branches and finally pushed out a new leaf, but the new growth on the main branch died again. Anyone know whatâs going on here and what I can do to help it please? Thanks!

Does anyone know how to revive a CROTON LUNA. I left it outside in the sunlight for too long & then the leafs started dying. Help.
I have this great back patio I love keeping plants on but squirrels love to mess with some of my plants. Ripped the only healthy leaf I had on philodendron Iâm trying to nurse back to health. Any one have any tips or tricks on what to do I donât want to harm the squirrels just donât want them to kill my plants for fun!
Is there any hope
Please forgive me as I am very new to plants, but I've noticed several issues with my peace lily and I'm looking for some more expert advice. I have been following the care plan to a T and although I'm aware this might not always be perfect, I feel like the care plan has made it worse. I am confused because parts of the plant seem to be thriving and I've even seen some new sprouts and flowers come up, but as you can see below, one of the flowers has started to turn brown very quickly. Additionally, several of the smaller leaves have begun to yellow and wilt. For context, I live in AZ and it has been getting hotter recently, but I keep my plant in an air conditioned room and allow it plenty of sun as needed. Any thoughts?
Anyone know why the top part of my lucky bamboo is turning yellow and doesnât have leaves? any help is appreciated! đ
One of my peace lilies have taken a nose dive and I have no idea why. I got these two together a few years back. Though weâve had some ups and downs figuring out our system, they normally mirror the same condition. So, to see one on the come-up and beginning to flower while the other looks like sheâs on her death bed is confusing and worrying. Even when the one began to flower a few weeks ago, the other seemed fine (I figured she just needs a little more time; no biggie). But, a few days ago, I noticed her weltering. I watered them both and switched their position so sheâd get more sun but, she started looking worse so I switched them back. When I checked this morning, I see she looks like sheâs on her way out. I touched the soil and its dry at the top though I can tell its still damp underneath. Idk if I should water her more, leave her alone or what. Im so lost.*
Back from a few days away and I had house / dog / plant sitters taking care of everything. Poor little coleus is looking rough though. Ideas as to what has happened? Was it, perhaps, overwatered? Suggestions would be welcome. I propagated âColeâ myself so I feel attached!
I just bought this, what can I do to help it be healthier?
Hello I repotted all my plants about a month ago using soil for houseplants from my local garden centre. Since doing this the soil just seems rubbish. Whenever I water the plants, they donât drain, the water sits on top and spills out and if I have a window open and itâs windy we end up with soil all over the house. Anyone know why that is? Thanks x
What are these spots that I have circled? This is on my hibiscus đ„ș It almost has a light blue tint to it but it doesnât show on the camera very weird⊠Francis isnât happy.â€ïžâđ©č
I got this lilli and I think itâs too warm but when it was outside it started to die. So I thought to cold now Iâm thinking to warm???? Any tips
Help help Can anyone tell me if my plant is showing overwater or underwater symptoms? I not quite sure. I feel like maybe over cause the leaves are moist and baby plant underneath is falling over.. Can someone recommend on what I should do first?đ© Thanks in advance!
Spider mite or predatory/beneficial mite?? The vast majority of them are located in/on the moss pole, and the plant itself does not seem to have other ânormalâ spider mite symptoms.
This is guy is doing amazing. Heâs grown a new leave and is currently pushing two more out. He was a rescue from Loweâs and the leaves he came with have these brown edges. Is there anything I can do to make them healthier? Or are they fine how they are? Thank you all in advance! I just noticed the new leave is started to have the brown edges too. đą
hi so i got this plant a couple of weeks ago. itâs been pretty cloudy where i live, and i couldnât place her near my others just yet. i now have and purchased a grow light. sheâs yellowing at the bottom bc sheâs still wet from the storeâshould i repot to get her out of this dirt or just let her dry out to avoid stress?

Are these tomato plants capable of reviving? Iâm pretty sure each plant needs its own pot, but Iâm also nervous about repotting. When I watered them, most of my 6 pots didnât absorb much or any waterâŠjust went straight down the drainage holes. Any advice and help would be so so greatly appreciated. I am clearly a beginner learning more every day.
hi everyone ! my roommate has been struggling with her plant. itâs leaves are either turning brown and wilting, or very yellow. when it was closer to the window, more leaves turned brown. she had moved it away but now theyâre turning more yellow. anyone have any ideas as to why this is happening and what may help ? thank you (: !
OK, so this is a saladette tomato plant store-bought at this size Iâve only had it, today will be the third day and just since this morning I have noticed some kind of white powdery texture on some of the leaves. This morning, the leaves looked a little wrinkly, but itâs much worse this evening It almost looks like overspray from spray paint, but if I rub it with my finger, it rubs away and the leaves are starting to look almost wrinkly and really dry, and also on one of the leaves thereâs discoloration and a spot that looks burnt. Iâve been watering as directed , Itâs been getting alot of direct sunlight. I put it in the garage at night with my other seedlings , We donât keep cars in there. Is there something I need to do or is this tomato plant sick? Please helppp
