Hey guys! I’ve grown this plant for the last 2 years from a little sprout, but it’s never truly seemed happy. I repotted to this one about 4 months ago, and I water it regularly. Partial sun in a brighter room, but still she looks really pale and has at least 3 dead leaves a week that get real crispy. Any suggestions? Thx!

I have had this poinsettia for over a year now and just recently it has gotten a white flies infestation. Does anybody have a home made solution I can make to treat it? I was using a solution of water, isopropyl alcohol, and dish soap. This solution has helped, but I am now out of the solution and cannot remember the exact recipe to remake it. Thank you for your help!

got this plant not too long ago. It lost a couple leaves on the bottom because I didn’t close my window properly. ( died of cold) I don’t know why the leaves are droopy tho. I follow the schedule, etc. I don’t over/underwater it. (maybe I do, idk) There’s not spot on the leaves and except the droop, the plant is alright. It’s a ficus and i have two of these that I’ve had for over a year now without any issues. Does anyone know why this is happening? Or did this happen to you?

How can I successfully get rid of gnats once and for all? Ive tried not watering plants for a while to dry out the soil but no success. I’ve tried covering the top layer of soil with cinnamon but no success. I’ve tried the sticky fly traps, still there. Anything I can do that will quickly stop them from reproducing?

Rescue pineapple plant. I got two other rescues (different plants) but this one is the only one that is still problematic. I’m thinking it’s a humidity problem but my other humidity lovers are surviving (i do not own a humidifier only a spray bottle šŸ˜”). Any tips?

I just rescued this plant from Lowe’s. One friend says I have thrips another friend says it’s just light spots on the leaves. I’ve showered it twice and checked and I don’t see any bugs moving around.

anyone have recommendations for particularly stubborn thrips? I’ve been rinsing and wiping down the leaves and stems with a little bit of dish soap. unfortunately, I’m now finding a majority of the thrips at the base my newest leaf (2-3 little ones can be found on a couple nearby leaves). I’m reluctant to use a pesticide or release beneficial bugs. I’m reaching a point where I’m wondering if I should just cut off all affected leaves. I’m also finding these brown bases on nearby leaves. not sure if I should be concerned. this is a monstera plant by the way.

Good evening all, My orchid of 3 years had a lovely bloom last year as per pic. This year however her leaves have sprouted from half way up and roots have started to come mid way rather than underneath . There are some buds on ready to bloom despite the change in her. Is there something I should be doing here Bigger pot ?

My Hilo Beauty started off with fungus which I think I got rid of, roots aren’t rotted but she has almost lost the two leaves she had when I got her, the ones that grew in seem healthy but I’m scared she’ll drop those too. What do I do?

this plant used to be lush and beautiful, but recently most of the long vining growths have died off. I know the plant is healthy because there’s new growth, but what made some of the vines die off? Am I doing something wrong? Any help would be great

Hi plant lovers ! I’m not sure what’s happening with my fiddle leaf fig 😢 some leaves are falling (2-3 when moved) causing some branches to be bare, but there is still new growth on the tallest leaves ? What’s happening?! Thank you

GUYS so like a few weeks ago some of the leaves of my snake plant were drooping. It seemed to be underwatering bc I measured the dryness of the soil with a skewer. The weird thing is that I watered it two days ago…so I checked the roots and I repotted it because I thought maybe it was soaking up the water too quickly since it was rootbound. After two-three weeks of waiting the leaves have still not undrooped, and the soil is still moist. ??? What is happening? Some additional details: the tips of the leaves that are drooping are turning brown. I’ve been watering it exactly when I should and I even measure the moisture of the soil before watering. It has drainage holes and the soil is plenty airy so I’m so baffled as to what is wrong.

The tips of my alocasia are yellowing. Is this due to too much light exposure? My silver dragon leaves are also starting to curl upwards, they were flat when I got it. Is that an issue? Most of the things I’ve read talk about the plants drooping or curling downwards. Any tips?

I bought this Syngonium ā€˜wendlandii’ last week off of Facebook Marketplace and as you kinda see, she looks sad. It had been a while since she was watered and her pot was riddled with dead plant material. I watered it and used neem oil to ward off any bugs that may have come with it. I also added a bit of fertilizer in the water. Every four-ish days, I mist her down because she is a very dry area. Is there anything I can do to make her healthier? Or are they picky like calathea’s and are drama queens?

If the leaves of this tradescantia are drying up yet some of the leaves are hanging low what should I do?

Hi! I recently got rid of spider mites on this poor boy. I also noticed he hadn’t been repotted so I did that. He seemed to be getting better but then all of a sudden his leaves started to turn yellow then eventually brown. Do you think this is over watering or not enough sun?
